This location is so hit & miss. We had a few good meals here recently and came back for a take out order. My wife ordered the mushroom Swiss burger with extra mushrooms & extra Swiss. The take out girl read the order back exactly as it was given.
Somehow when it got to the kitchen prep people, they read it as extra mustard.
Two issues, first mistaking extra mushrooms for extra mustard, and to make it worse, it did not have extra Swiss Cheese. Take a look, would you eat that based on what was ordered?
Looks like we’ll have to visit Goldsboro next time we decide to do Hardee’s.

They tend to get my orders only mostly right. I ordered a large #5 as a double (bacon cheeseburger meal) with a sweet tea, and a plain double cheeseburger; by itself. What I got was a single patty bacon cheeseburger meal and a medium sprite. I told the lady at the window that I didn’t order a sprite but a large sweet tea. (The tea turned out to taste old and a bit bitter ), and I didn’t know about the rest until I got home. The double cheeseburger was right but the double bacon cheeseburger was a single patty. Mornings seem to always get my orders right, but the evening hours not so much.

This place needs to be shut down. Who the hell is giving this place a decent review? They probably hired someone to write hood reviews to cover up the real review from real customers. Recent visit this morning, Saturday April 22 2023. Dinning room closed. Long line at the drive through. Ordered after waiting in line 38 minutes. 4 munutes later a worker came along the cars in the line and said their ovens broke down and they were not making biscuits. More cars pulling in to parking lot and driving around the store, making it a risky venture to get out of line and back onto the street. Why is this place is not shut down? Must be someone giving kick backs to town or something.
well it looks like they shut this place down. Went there today 9/20/21, at 12:14 pm.. aka lunch time.. and the lights were on, but absolutely no response to the drive through. No closed signs, still advertising on the big sign, but no one at the drive through window.
If this is how Hardee’s runs a business then it’s time to go. Get out of town and bring in a Mc Donald’s. Atleast you will get timely service with MC danolds.
This place is so slow they should have call in orders first so you can do your shopping while you wait for your food. Then once you do get the food you will find that 90% of the time they did not get your order correct. I can hardly wait till someone decided to open a Mc Donald’s near by it. If you are hungry you should stop somewhere else to eat before going there.
Months later the process sky rocketed.
And sooooooo slow!!!!!

Orders are wrong…fries are nasty..like they fried them twice. Employees have bad attitudes. The food isn’t hot. Take pride in what you do.

We ordered the Prime Rib&Cheddar Angus burger, Should have had caramelized onions, had 2 small onion pieces about the size of a nickle instead. Had to wait more than 10 minutes ,and still got luke warm burgers, not close to hot . Also had to then go back though the drive up, because had a BOGO deal, and was charged full price for both. We try to go to Hardees in Pikeville as much as possible, BUT it is hard , because of mistakes such as this happen too often……….

It is a hit or miss at this location… there has been times we went, and they were closed during business hrs. The breakfast menu hasn’t been put out for us to choose items. So we had to go inside to order food. The food tasted great … the service could be a little more friendly.

Waited almost 30 minute for 2 meals that were so bad we reordered ham and cheeses so we could eat. Definitely not a fast food location for travelers. Manager was a dictator and even though someone was ready to clock in and start their shift, she refused to let them on the clock while we waited for our food and it wasn’t like she was doing anything.

The worst fast food experience I have ever had. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and a pork chop and gravy biscuit. After waiting for about 15-20 minutes I was told they were out of the pork chop biscuits. I asked for a refund and after waiting another 15-20 for the refund I just left without any of my order or money back. The worst customer service. This In place is a total joke. The lady behind me waited 15 min for a small hash browns. I will never be back. Thanks for nothing.

I really like Hardee’s and do not have one in my area. When I am bear one, I always stop. I was floored at the cost. I got 2 sausage and egg biscuits, and they were $10. Just crazy.
