8/25/24. Ordered 2 breakfast combo’s. Frisco sandwich had half of the normal amount of meat. Got fries instead of hash rounds. Drive thru clerk had me park and wait, then forgot about me for >10-minutes. Understaffed; drive thru clerk said she forgot because she’s “doing multiple things;” frankly, she’s not good enough to handle more than 1 thing. No visible supervision. Called back, and Christina identified herself as the manager, and said she would compensate us for all of the mistakes in the order.

The light skin lady that was working the window is completely rude. I specifically ordered 2 original bags & the sandwich was incorrect in one of them. I specifically came back around just to ask for it to be changed out & she stated “but that’s not what you said.” & slammed the sandwich down on the counter. I was then followed up with: “well okay have a good day.” Rude is an understatement. & to the one vaping behind the counter? I saw you.

The biscuit was over cooked and the ham was still fresh out the ham pack didn’t look to be cooked at all, went straight to the trash can.

I came through the drive thru and ordered two combos a chicken biscuit and a sausage egg and cheese on bun with two medium drinks the total came to $19.70. I came to the window and asked did the prices go up and the young lady first said she did know then change and said they had, I told her she could keep it and left went to McDonald’s and got steak and chicken combos for $13 but you want to know what the kicker is while at Hardee’s placing my order I tried to get a lemonade was told at 9 o’clock in the morning they were out then he suggested fruit punch when I agreed he suddenly remembered they were out of that as well. The moral of the story is if you want to charge higher prices find out first what your competitors are charging and if you can’t make your staff restock at the end of each shift so that the next shift can be prepared you need to keep your prices low to match the low quality of food and customer service that you provide.
