Drive thru was backed up but moved quickly. Ordered super bacon biscuit combo with large diet … got super sausage with regular coke. At the window when I was told my order to me I corrected her and she said ok but still gave me a super sausage. The food was good but not what I wanted.

First time at a Hardee’s. I normally don’t eat fast food but was on a road trip.
Service was fast & friendly.
I ordered a cheeseburger with extra pickle and fries. My daughter ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries.
Me: as far as the burger goes, it was comparable to other fast food places. The extra pickles always add a nice tangy crunch!
I did enjoy the seasoning on the fries. A nice saltiness with a slight light spice! Yummy!
Daughter: thought the bacon was nicely cooked but agreed the burger was okay.. she liked the fries as well.
I would recommend Hardee’s as a quick bit to eat.. get the fries!

I can’t comment on the food because I didn’t get any. My wife and I went to the counter to order…no one was there. A worker (to be fair, she might not have been on counter duty) walked by the registers twice. No “Good morning”, “Welcome to Hardee’s” or even “They’ll be with you in a moment”. She didn’t even nod at us. Drive thru had two cars and no one else was in line at the counter. The second time we were ignored, we left and went to the Sunset location.

My husband has Parkinson, i ask for his omlet biscuit on a bun ,because his shake tears the biscuts to crumbs, apparently they dont like change, this is what it looked like , and i actually fixed it before the picture.sorry to inconvenience you at your job where I was a customer.
They letting themselves rush orders , starting to skip over some needed care, my sour dough bread so hard it hurt my tooth. This morning i bit into a hashround and grease so bad its all over the bag and box they came in.

I was assaulted by a crazy customer “Karen” who said the drive through lady was rude. I was filling my drink, and she assaulted me, and the staff went above and beyond. The young man that was behind the register was also assaulted and he remained calm and was a true customer service example. Congratulations Hardee’s y’all are amazing 8/9/2025 @ 3:30pm

Order 2 super bacon egg and cheese biscuits and these were old biscuits. The biscuit was hard and one of the eggs was rubbery and had crispy edge like sitting under a sunlamp. The cheese was not melted.
