Hardee’s changes in name to Carl’s Jr. the farther west you travel across the US. Many people know this. I’ve seen Carl’s Jr signs as far away as southern Mexico. What’s interesting to me is that there seems to be no menu change, and you can’t find either in New England.

This burger had to be old. It was dried up and tough. I have never had a horrible Hardee’s burger before, so this was an extreme disappointment. The hotdog tastes like a salt box had been poured on it. This was such a disgrace. I never should have went there even though there was nobody inside or outside. I will never eat at this Hardee’s again. Now I have to trash this and find something else to eat. Also I believe the packaging and bun was used was from another menu item. On the outside of my loosely wrapped burger, it had a pork chop sticker on it. Stay away if this place isn’t busy. It’s no telling what they’ll serve you out the drive thru window. A waste. Disgusting food.

Stopped by to grab food for the kids. While placing our order, the cashier was huffing and sighing, cutting me off. Extremely rude. We only ordered 2 tender orders and 2 wraps. When you’re in customer service, your job is literally dependent on servicing the customers. Not a pleasant experience at all.

I visited this Hardee’s the morning of 2-24-22. The manager greeted me. I had no issues placing my order. Jamila was very polite during my visit. Mike prepared my sandwiches, pictured below. They look like the commercial, it was fresh and hot, the bacon was crispy. It was just how I wanted it. No complaints, give them a visit. Jamila is a wonderful employee, always so friendly. Mike is a veteran at Hardee’s and always takes pride in his job. They both are an asset to Hardee’s.

I just left from this Hardee’s and ordered two sausage and egg biscuit and a egg and bacon biscuit with both biscuits was very hard look the bend sitting in the oven to long I didn’t have time to take them back so I through them in the trash what a waste of money smdh

Tarsha and idk the drive thru worker name..light-skinned slim girl was really nice and professional I came here a few weeks ago and wasn’t happy with my srv or food but came back today for someone else food. Thanks for your professionalism really goes a long way in my book
