I came through the drive thru at 8:20 just for the employee to tell me ALL THEY ARE SELLING IS CHEESEBURGERS. I specifically came for the chicken tenders. My son had a FIT. He does not eat anything but chicken tenders and quite frankly he LOVES the ones from Hardee’s. He was so upset, he cried all the way home even after we ate elsewhere!!!! After calling out the employees and letting them know what they are doing is wrong they then proceed to giggle and say “ well what do you want then “ oh so now that I KNOW what yall are doing is wrong now yall can make the whole menu? These people need to be FIRED. I have them on video and every single person including the manager “ CICI “ needs to be in HUGE TROUBLE. I will be following up with this to make sure this will NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN.

I really wish I hadn’t come here after my dialysis appointment cause they really had me tripping, I asked for a double hamburger, cause I cannot have cheese and these people still charged for cheese, it’s literally onu receipt. From my understanding, Hardee’s cannot make you a double burger, they have to charge extra; like a for another patty. Ok but I said so you can make double chees burgers, correct she says yes. Well just make a double cheeseburger with no cheese.,she said we did, I said so why did you still charged for cheese, she said cause we have to charge for an extra party if you don’t get cheese

I got a grilled cheese breakfast sandwich now last time I checked the cheese on a grilled cheese was supposed to be melted they basically put 4 whole slices of cheese on this thing and I’m sure it never touched the grill with the cheese on it.

The managers are very rude and disrespectful. Called because my Uber order arrived cold and late. I contacted Uber eats but also the restaurant.management didn’t care and was rushing me off the phone. Told me I can take the message but I wasn’t the manager on duty. Basically telling me she wasn’t going to do anything. This location should be shutdown as well! Or at least do a clean sweep and get better management.
