I had an unpleasant experence with this lady Kathy Franko, who took my order with a miserable attitude, and when requesting a receipt for my order for accuracy, she refused citing politics and the constitution on the right to not hand me a receipt. Drive thru intercom never works right, either you can’t hear them, or they can’t hear you. Latest santitation rating was a modest 91% on 12/8/2025.

It used to be decent, but now it’s bad service AND bad food. I got the Hardee’s bag with a double cheeseburger and chicken wrap.
When ordering through the drive through, the cashier was quick to cut me off without me finishing my order. No worries people are unhappy. After paying for my order, she forgot the apple pie I added on. I then checked the bag and she also forgot the sauce and I had to ask for both. Whatever, people make mistakes. I got the food home and was ready to eat. The burger and fries were fine. But my chicken wrap was so sad, I won’t be returning.

We decided to give Hardee’s new Maple items a try for breakfast. The food was delicious, full of maple flavor, and was still smoking when we received our order.These new items are worth the drive and we will be back soon! The service was great as well which was another plus.

Bojangles will continue to get my dollars. Bacon egg and cheese biscuit probably 30% smaller than Bojangles- I actually laughed when I pulled the Hardee’s biscuit out of the bag! UGH the taste was even worse, like dirty dishwater.

You will wait at least 20 minutes for any order. I have not gotten out of this particular hardess in under an hour. The worst Customer service. The employees here do not want to be here and most certainly do not want to serve you. If you can go to any other Hardee’s or restaurant please do so. Please god dont go to this place. You will regret it. They literally were out of ketchup and no lids for large or medium drinks so had to order small. Lol can’t make this up.

For the last 3 years every time I order sausage n egg biscuit they always give me an old biscuit. And heat it in the microwave. Prices is way up to not have fresh food. Don’t make no sense.

Just like other Hardee’s. Place was clean and well-maintained. Staff was helpful and you can ask for getting your sandwich without the bread if you want. They do have unsweet iced tea as well.
