I’m writing this while STILL waiting for my food. we were asked to pull around to wait for our food, almost 30 minutes later the girl comes out and gives us the wrong food. they had given our order to the person that was in line behind us, she took the wrong food back and told us the people behind us must have taken our food, like it was the other customers fault and she said they have to remake it and went back inside, no apologies or anything.

I used to eat here near every day. Staff Has rotated, and idk what the hell happened but I almost vomited today from my burger – couldn’t even finish it. The patty tasted like, and looked like, it was boiled. Not to mention I paid extra for the double burger and only got one patty….

This location is horrible. Cold, dried out western burger with 2 different size buns. Onion rings were hot, but crumbly and smashed into the box. Almost $20 for 2 meals and they both looked like this. Zebulon fast food restaurants need to do better.

This is not fast food. We were the only people in the drive through line ordering a kids meal and one cheeseburger. It took every bit of 10 minutes to get our food. If you come here don’t come on your lunch break or you won’t have one at all by the time you’re finished here. And this is not the first time I’ve had this experience here.

Went and ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a an egg and cheese biscuit…instead of an egg and cheese I was givin a frisco sandwich..I go back to correct the order with my receipt and the wrong sandwich in hand and they take the sandwich(witch is fine) make another one tuck it in a bag and hand it to me..then I asked is this my egg and cheese..she replied yes..trusting her word I get all the way home and it’s a bacon egg and cheese biscuit!..these women are obviously uncoordinated and are just throwing sandwiches in bags..I would not recommend getting breakfast wile this staff is intact in the mornings!(that sandwich was for my mother by the way!)
