Stop by for a quick bite but of course it was not quick. I sat at the mic for 5 mins waiting on the young lady to complete my order. She kept starting and then stop to help another customer. The food was not hot and not very good but maybe it was just that day and time.

This location seems to be out of something everytime I go. Told for the 4 consecutive visit that they are out of onion rings, sweet tea not ready. It takes a lot for me to give a bad review I literally have to go multiple times and something be wrong every single time. And that’s exactly what happens here. Would like to say staff is over friendly, but that isn’t the case so really don’t even know why they are getting 2 stars. Every item on the menu should be available anytime that open sign is on. Policy at most stores anywyas.

Ordered a double bacon biscuit meal and an omelette biscuit. Get to the window have the order read back to us at the window to be told it was an egg biscuit. Told the kid it was supposed to be an omelette biscuit and he said “I rang an egg but told her omelette” and confirmed an omelette one was ready on the heater. Then we are asked to pull forward (which ALWAYS happens at this location). 10 mins later he has to come ask us what our order was, we repeat again. The promptly comes out and hands us a bag. To my fault I didn’t check the bag before we left, we were given a double sausage biscuit and an egg biscuit.

Cashier acted like she could care less. Stood at counter couple different times after receiving food. 1st time we didn’t get the coffee cup. 2nd time we didn’t get any ketchup. While I realize they want you to ask for it now rather than waste it. She made me stand there several mins while she acted like she was busy, and yes she cut her eyes at me a couple of times so she knew I was there. If you’re not into your job, get another one, maybe one you don’t have to deal with people.

We had placed a mobile order of 3 burgers and a hot dog in the afternoon. There was definitely not a lunch rush. We pulled up in the drive thru and was told to pull on up to the pickup window after our order was confirmed. Once we got to the window we were immediately and rudely told to come inside to get our order bc it wasn’t ready. What?!? Odd. So we pulled around, parked, went in. I have never ordered for drive thru and was told to come in and get it. So in the end they thought we were DoorDash (we were not) and said they don’t give Door Dash orders through the drive thru. Then they lost our order, then found our order, then we waited on a chicken sandwich. All in all, there was way too much confusion here.

I just ordered 2 for 5 special as I was in a rush cause I just picked up door dash order from them as well. I normally get great fresh food from them. I have 2 stars. 1 for the staff as they are always friendly and 1 for the cleanliness of the store. My biscuits, l was joking. My BRICKS that I’m sure an hour ago were the soft delicious biscuits that I love. But an hour under the heat lamp doesn’t do them any good. I was to darn hungry in the first place, so I bit into the first one. I don’t know who cuts them in half but I could dam near see through the top piece. It was crispy like I like my bacon. The egg crystallized and the sausage was rubbery by then. On the second one, I was surprised that I didn’t chip a tooth. Luckily my next dash was McDonald’s and I was able to get some jelly. I filled up now but I know that I’ll be paying the price later.

I stop here with my mom every once in awhile if we’re in the area. The staff here are always very friendly and the food has always been fresh. Typically you don’t have to wait in the drive thru as long as some of the other local chains.
