Its a fast food restaurant so if youre expecting sit-down dinner service youre in the wrong place. What i will say is this is my fav Hardee’s- straight forward, easy to communicate with them, and the quality is always as expected and delicious! I always get breakfast here bc their platter is an amazing deal for the food and quality. Yall sleeping on Hardee’s. They also gave me a heart shaped biscuit the week of Valentines day. Like how cute is that??

Had a pick up order today. Got to the speaker box and it took a min before i heard “Hardee’s”. I then said i have a pick up order and she said ok. So i pulled forward. Got to the window and that’s when the lady said we dont have the sauces you requested. I don’t know why it’s still online. What do you want ( in a rude tone ). I just said what ever else i chose. She huffed and went and got my order. I asked her to make sure if there is some hot sauce in there. She huffed again and grabbed some and threw it in my bag. I asked her if i could speak to the manager and she said I’m the manager. Then shut the window in my face. Her name is Elaine. I called the store and spoke with someone to make sure she was the manager and to get her name. If you have managers leading your restaurant and team that way then wow. I can tell you tha, that’s a shame. I love your food but i will not be coming back to this location. I just miss people being nice and courteous.

Been going here for breakfast for over 6 years and I don’t have a single complaint yet. Love getting the loaded omelet biscuit when I get off of work in the morning. I always use the drive-through, it’s always quick and efficient, and my order is always correct. Food is always scrumptious.

I just got a chicken blt, and the chicken looks like it’s been in the year for a whole day. Is hard and kind of burnt… they are out of sprite but there is not sign so I got a large drink and fill it out with “sprite”. Just sparkling water… no flavor.

After taking my order, he reached for my cup and handed me the cup. I asked him to wash his hands before handling my cup and food. He got an attitude, but he washed his hands. I went in this morning for breakfast, im not a big fan of hash browns so i asked if i could get some fries but they didn’t have the fries out yet however Miss Tara Little went in the back and made me some just for my order plus it didnt take but 2 minutes for her to do so. She was very nice and kind and the food was fresh and tasty.

I ordered the first mushroom Swiss burger it literally came out of the window within less than 30 seconds mushroom Swiss burgers never come out that fast ever if they make them fresh and it had these hard little things on the hamburger which told me it was sitting under the light so I took it back in and asked for a fresh one The same thing it came out in less than 30 seconds I threw it in the trash I will never eat it this Hardee’s ever again in my entire life and I suggest you don’t either if you like good food
