I have been to this location ALOT in the last three years, but TODAY, was the best service I have ever received at any HARDEES. The Frisco burger was FRESH and juicy! The food literally melted in my mouth. The fries were hot and fresh and crispy. The employees were energetic and fun to talk to. The restaurant was very clean and organized as well. Keep up the good work, this is my new favorite fast food location.

While waiting in drive thru line I watched as a manager half heartedly washed on hand. She rubbed her thumb fingers against the tip of the other ones. My burger I received was cold and I only live a mile away (3 -5 minutes driving ). This is terrible I tried to give this place a chance but hire people who care about your business.

Worst drive-thru fast food experience I’ve ever had. After placing our order we pulled up to the drive-thru window and of course they ask us to pull forward which my son gladly did. 15 minutes later I decided to get out and ask where our food was the young lady basically told me that one of their friars went out and they had to warm up new Grease and it would be another 4 minutes before our food was ready. So it took us a total of 20 minutes to go through a fast food restaurant drive-thru. Now we had ordered the new chicken sandwiches that everyone is making these days and when I got home I was terribly disappointed. Enough to where I made a phone call back up to the restaurant, talk to the same young lady and she told me she would gladly give me a refund or issue me store credit. I asked for a refund and she said I would have to come back to the Hardee’s that night to get it. After driving back up there, I showed her a picture of the chicken sandwich. I asked her if that looked anything like the picture on the menu. She said no, they have had several complains about the size of the chicken. I said it was more like a chicken tender, than a breast. I gave her my receipt and the CC we used. She walked away and returned a few minutes later and asked where the food was. I said you did not tell me to bring the food back.
