The woman working the window the other day it was incredibly kind and full of southern hospitality! She apologized for my wait time and wished me a good day. The food was perfect. My daughter was incredibly impressed with the french fries and the sweet tea and it was the first experience of her life. I’m so happy that she’s found another spot that has the perfect french fry for her! Thank you, Hardees for still having a location in Greensboro!

I came to this location to grab my daughter lunch while on my lunch break. I specifically asked for 2 spicy chicken sandwiches med fry and a sweet tea. (Mind you I’m on the phone with my associate from work ) I get to the window and the cashier said $18.xx which I asked why it was that much (she was polite) they should be like a child size sandwich. She said they don’t have them. Mind you it’s posted on the window. Anyways, I pay for it and drive off and pulled over and sure enough it’s not what I asked for. My daughter is extremely picky. I get back to the drive thru and told them I didn’t get what I asked for. The manager (not the same as the first one) had an attitude. I pull to the window and she said this is a spicy chicken sandwich, I said this doesn’t have lettuce or mayo on it she doesn’t like pickles ect she proceeds to tell me I should have been more specific… I SAID A SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH, how more specific do I really need to be?? She tells me to pull around and park. She comes out this is the manager now. I asked for her name and told her she was extremely rude and I’m showing her what the window says and what I asked for She gives me my receipt and tells me to call corporate and corporates number was on the receipt which it’s not. I said I sure will call because your attitude is disgusting. She then yells loudly “And I’m going to call your job right now and tell them you’re being rude too”. (I have my name badge from work on). What really gets me is the fact they didn’t give me a straw and I told her and she locked to main door. She knows she is as wrong for what she did because she tried to get a reaction out of me but it didn’t work. (You lost a customer by the way. A man tried to get food buy the door was locked smh ) I really don’t know what kind of people you have working there but they need better customer service skills. You never know what someone has going on behind closed doors. But to be treated like this, I can promise you my family will never see this establishment again!

I found out there was a Hardee still in Greensboro I drove all the way over there from cone boulevard I was so disappointed I asked for extra bacon on a bacon egg and cheese combo and crispy bacon they said all their bacon was crispy not true the biscuits were very hard the egg was dried up I was really disappointed I paid $20 for my meal I also got a sausage egg and cheese it was a heart biscuit set biscuit was very hard the egg was bad looks like you have been sitting out got to the window the ladies were such a hurry they didn’t welcome you and the lady sure didn’t listen I will not be going back really need to close it down I will continue to go to the one in kernersville NC where are there food is good and the service is wonderful the only reason I’ll put of one star is close to gravy was decent

Workers are rude. My order is always wrong, half the food is ALWAYS cold!!!! Looks like most of it has been sitting for hours. Literally the WORST hardees i’ve ever been to. After today I honestly can say I’ll never visit this location again. & to the manager – go home if you don’t want to work. The way you treat people is disgusting and shows you lack professionalism and customer service skills.

This is not like the Hardies that I grew up with in Virginia. It seemed like they’re aesthetics from the outside was going for old school feel.
We only went to the drive-through. They seem to rush, even though there were not many people there.
We probably would not go again. Our order was mixed up and I’m not even saying much just handing the food and clothes in the window before I could even ask what condiments.

We tried the burgers here for the first time and they were delicious. We also ordered the chicken fingers and bacon. We went in to order inside the cafeteria and within 10 minutes we left with the order hot, the cafeteria was empty. in parallel the drive thru was full.
