Hamburgers are not hot. Helper was not friendly. They don’t even warm the buns up and the cheese on my burger was cold like it just came out of the fridge. Needs a lot of improvement. It isn’t what it once was.

My chicken sandwich is burnt and dry. Not even worth eating. Fry’s are soggy. Only good thing was the 10pc chicken for the kids. They were crispy and fresh.

Never again. Not only did we sit in the drive through for 15 minutes waiting. I asked the femal worker if I could exchange my soda for a peach tea. She said no. So I said ok then I will just order a peach tea. She said ok $7.36. I said for a tea she said I dont make the prices, with her bad attitude Well apparently you do because when I came it to get my money back for my full order the sign on the register says $3.36. Don’t be made at me because you work at Hardees . I havent had Hardees in probably 8 years and I promise it will be AT LEAST another 8!

I gotta say I’m impressed being that this is my first time ever at a Hardees! Raymond, Shanice and Shaun were absolutely amazing. They were quick on there feet, attentive and respectful. They know what they are doing behind that counter. I had a Mushroom Swiss Burger and fries, it was Soo good! I love it! I also saw them serve an elderly couple and they just so patient and helpful with them. It was pleasant to see that. Great Job to all and Thank you for everything! I will return!

The worst experience I have had at a Hardee’s. The Big Hot Ham and cheese sandwich was smaller then a Single cheeseburger from McDonald’s. Slower then slow. I wouldn’t go back there if the gave food away.

Went through the Drive-Thru for breakfast around 9:00 AM on 5/12/25. Ordered two sausage breakfast platters. When I got home, I was surprised that the biscuits were heart shaped. They tasted really old and I am guessing they were from the previous day (Mother’s Day) based on the heart shape. They advertise fresh baked biscuits daily, and I don’t think the biscuits I received qualified as that. This Hardees seems to be lower quality than the one up the road, but this is a new low.
