Hardee’s in Randleman hit the spot this morning. Country ham and egg and sausage biscuits was very very good. We always enjoy eating at Hardee’s. I wish we still had one in Ramseur and Siler City.

I guess there’s a reason they don’t have a link on the receipt to tell them how they did. Ordered 1/4 bacon cheeseburger, fries, drink at 5:22 and was told to pull into a parking spot, I received my food at 5:40. The burger was warm but fries were barely like warm. If you have to wait 20 minutes I would think everything would be hot. The staff was no problem.

The younger girl working the window forgot to mute the mic before openly talking junk about how often I order the same thing… but If they cooked more than one thing right I’d probably order different stuff but they never seem to do anything else well!

The customer service was the pour. I walked up to the counter and get eye contact three different times with the manager and two of her employees but no one has the decency to say I’ll be right with you or someone will be with you in a moment. Instead they glare at you like you should not be there after seven minute’s. They finally come over and said take your order when they took my order. They overcharged me and the order was incorrect. The hash browns were cold. Had to send them back that made them mad. Order a chicken egg and cheese combo and because she did not know how to add egg and cheese she change me individually for everything. They need customer service training

I had the big bag special. I had a hot dog, double cheeseburger, small fries and a small drink for $5.99 which is a great price for all of that. The food was so hot and fresh! The young lady who took my order was very nice and pleasant. The order came out fast and I enjoyed my lunch! I’ll definitely be going back again.

Our order was taken in a reasonable amount of time, the food was served hot, and the noise level in the restaurant was appropriate. The restaurant temperature for dining guests was comfortable. The tables were clean. Job well done!

Place looks great , done a real good job doing a restoration after the fire. There’s a few people that work here that are underpaid that should get paid a lot more especially with the rude people they encounter and come back with great customer service and friendly personality they have , from Ashln , Krystal, and Fresia an few others not to mention.
