I’ve been here twice in one week for breakfast and both times were great! The food was hot and fresh! The first time my lemonade was watered down but I didn’t care bc the good food made up for it so today I ordered tea instead and it was perfect and definitely not yesterdays tea! The biscuit was perfect both times, not hard and crunchy but a soft buttery biscuit! The employees were pleasant and helpful both times as well! This location is out of my way but I made it my business to drive a little further for freshness and glad I did! Thank you!

I eat at this Hardee’s pretty often—about three times a week—and I usually dine in. It’s almost always quiet with hardly any customers, and from the outside it can even look like it’s closed because it’s so calm.
That’s why what happened today caught me completely off guard. The owner of a nearby store I was waiting on was running late to open, so I stopped by Hardee’s to sit for a few minutes. If the store didn’t open soon, I figured I’d just go ahead and order breakfast since I’d be there longer than planned.
Instead, after about ten minutes—on Christmas Eve—an older Black gentleman I assumed was part of management told me I had to leave. There was one other man who was asked to leave as well. I don’t know how long he’d been there, but I do know I hadn’t been there more than ten minutes.
I’m really disappointed. I’ve never been kicked out of an establishment before, and now it’s hard to imagine eating at Hardee’s again without thinking about this—especially since I come here so often.

Had been at the hospital all night and was starving when we left. Stopped by the drive thur for a couple of biscuits. Bacon egg and chz. Fresh and delicious. Most of all the lady at drive was way sweet and polite to me. I wish I could remember her name.

My MOTHER HAD a SPECITY item, that she would always order.
Needless to say today was bitter sweet. I literally hate that I stooped. I can honestly say, I will never be foolish enough to stop there again. Hardees, could be the only place open here in this universe, and I will choose to eat air.
I had the opportunity to speak with a person who stated that they were the manager.
If this individual, was truly the manger, I clearly understand why her subbirnats are sub par when customers is a nessity.
Everyone on the shift that begain before 2pm, should be fired or restrained properly.

I stopped by this location to order a box of cinnamon n raisin biscuits and the person on the drive thru speaker tells me they don’t have any. So I asked them why is it showing on the menu and she said with more attitude “we don’t have them and we are about to stop selling them!” This wouldn’t bother me, but this location just does not like making those biscuits because there were two times before that they wouldn’t let me order them. The first time they said it stop serving them at 2pm when the sign clearly reads “served all day”. And then the next time where they acted like they did me the favor of making me two. This location is near the hospital so I get that people stop here for convenience, but I would steer clear of this place whenever possible.

Tried to order 2 kids meals and 2 regular combos. Was told to come inside and order because that was too much to order at the drive thru. We were the ONLY vehicle in line so wasn’t a long line issue at all. The girl was soo rude and yea, we’ll never be back.

I came to the drive through line at 10:40 am. I did not receive my food until 11:30 am. I went into the store to talk to the manager she said oh well because they have a lot of orders. The store was not even crowded. Very nasty attitude. I wouldn’t even bring my dog here to eat.

Good, consistent food as you would expect at a national chain. Very few people when I arrived so there was plenty of parking and tables. I had to wait a few minutes for my freshly prepared food, but the short wait was worth it.

Food very cold. Cheese on my burger was cut in half, they lettuce was the steam of the lettuce. The food all round was nasty. Pulled into drive thru and it took me saying hello twice for them to answer after waiting five minutes and no one was in the store or drive thru. Also had to repeat my order three times. Get to the window and they are playing. For as long as it took I figured my food would be fresh
