Cashier gets very upset when asked to make hot fries. The sandwich maker(s) are usually playing with the food. Throwing bread in its packaging on the floor while on duty manager laughs and jokes like food Sanitation is totally not a serious thing for the public. Cars are asked to pull forward even when the sandwiches and orders are simple and there are very few patrons in or outside the restaurant. Why is night shift held to a lower standard than first? With so little business why is the lobby so unkempt?

Was the only one waiting in line to order inside took almost 5 minutes to get someone to take my order, ordered 2 double cheeseburgers to go after the employees finished visiting with an off duty employee and her mother. After finally ordering my food was brought to me rather quickly. Got in my car and left while driving up the road I opened one to eat and burger was cold , cheese was still cold and not melted. Ate there twice today my First and Last Times!

Would be better if the cook didn’t help the guest before me at the window with his bare hands to then open my sandwiches checking with his bare hands to see which ones he messed up. Then he gloved up and fixed them…? see a problem here…? hot ham and cheese was delicious, fries were cold and soggy by the end of this. That’s the damage his thumb and grip did to that bad boy.

The people, and service is relaxed and professional. I recommend it. The inside smells good and is very clean. I don’t eat fast food anymore but my wife never has any complaints about the food here.

We had to wait longer for the chicken to be fried but while waiting our hamburger we ordered was cold when we go it. I’m gald we did not order fries.

Not the best Hardee’s location simply because of wait times and consistency. That being said, I do highly recommend any of their breakfast biscuits, biscuits and gravy, and hash browns. Also if you need crispy fries and excellent chicken tenders this location does these well. They do also have ♿ handicap accessible seating, restrooms, and parking.
