I wish I could give this place zero stars. Most unprofessional place. You can tell who runs it doesn’t care. Every employee is sitting in the lobby with friends having a good ol time. I definitely won’t be back and it doesnt take 15 extra minutes to make a burger. Sad.

We stopped here to eat last night about 7 pm. Wish I could give a review on food but we couldn’t get waited on. We first walked in and stood behind rail to decide what we wanted. There was a young woman leaning on rail playing on her phone. One woman working drive thru. We stepped up to counter to order and the one playing on her phone walks behind counter and talks to woman at drive thru. Wanders around back for a while. Then comes up and messes with register for a few minutes. Turns around and disappears to back of restaurant. Never even acknowledges us. Never see her again. The one from drive thru walks out to dining area and sits at a table with a guy for a while talking then goes back to drive thru. Again Never acknowledges or speaks to us. We wait for a few more minutes. Nobody. Not 1 of the people acknowledges us. I joked with my husband maybe we should drive thru then bring food inside to eat. After a few more minutes waiting we walked out. FINALLY we were acknowledged and the one from drive thru comes after us to ask if Courtney took our order. Says sorry have a good night. Could have said sorry ill take ur order but didn’t offer to. From the reviews I’ve seen glad they didn’t wait on us. Skip them and go to Casa diamici. They were happy to wait on us and food was good!

If you only have 2 people working you should tell every single customer the store is going to move slow due to less workers. ridiculous my husband had to wait 30 whole damn minutes for a 2 PIECE chicken strip meal for them to not even give the fries and have to turn right back around. Absolutely ridiculous service, HORRIBLE service at that. Would have gave 0 stars if it was an option!!!!!

Slow service. Mod was unprofessional to employees. Sent 2 home and seemed like 1 was at end of shift leaving 2 or 3 employees to work. and she’s threatening to write the ones up that seemed to have been sent home.

HORRIBLE! Ordered a #1 cheeseburger meal with a Dr. Pepper in the Drive Thru. I Paid for my food and was asked to pull forward, out of the way, to wait. Why? I don’t know, as no one was in line behind me. After 5 mins, someone brought my food out, handed it to me saying, “Here” and walked away. (Odd, but ok) I pulled into the parking lot and tried to eat my meal. The burger was the same mediocre crap we’ve become accustomed to, and the soda had a lid that wasn’t put on fully. But the French fries.. They were truly disgusting! Cold, soggy, & WAY over-salted. I decided to go back & say something to the manager. When I went back to the drive-thru and asked to speak to the manager, I discovered that the person who gave me that disgusting meal WAS THE MANAGER! I tied a knot in one of the French Fries IN FRONT OF HER and asked her to eat them. I got a blank stare in return. I asked her to TRY AGAIN because these were inedible, and she said, “Pull forward, it’ll take a few minutes.” I asked if it was too much to expect an apology for what she served me, and I got a half hearted ‘Sorry’ before she closed the window and disappeared. The WORST part was that she sent a kid to deliver the new fries instead of facing me herself. (Sad) I don’t know the manager’s name, but I know she is TERRIBLE at her job and I now understand why the restaurant was EMPTY at 5:30 PM.

I saw their response & followed the link. It took me to a chatbot that kept asking me for an email address or phone number where I can be contacted. I don’t need to be contacted! I’m never going back there! Hardees Corporate Management needs to go to 2649 Fairmont Avenue, talk to the manager on duty that night, review their security cameras, (I’m sure I’m on several) and address the poor performance. ESPECIALLY since other restaurants in the same plaza were booming while this one was EMPTY! (They have to be losing $$) I only stopped because there are no Hardee’s or Carl-Jr’s where I live and I thought it might be something different. (It was, but not in a good way)

I had some business to do at Middletown Commons today, and decided to stop at Hardee’s on the way home. All I wanted and all I bought was a regular cheeseburger. I’m 62 years old and have eaten a lot of cheeseburgers, and I can say confidently and unequivocally that it was by far the worst cheeseburger I’ve ever had. The pickles were rubber. I threw them out the window. The bun was so tough that I had to literally pull and tear at it to get a bite. I’ve never worked fast food, so I don’t know what kind of quality control measures there are, if any. But it seems to me that when a burger’s shelf life has long since expired, someone in the restaurant should know that, and not hand it to a customer. That burger was so far gone it was absurd. So you fooled me once, but you can be sure I’ll never be back.
