Was getting better then went downhill again, no “toys” with “kids” meals,tenders were just burnt skin, burgers were actually pretty good,but still inconsistent, 1 day its amazing, 1 days its nasty……my kids were like why didn’t we just go to McDonald’s…we will from now on. The bathroom was exceedingly dirty, the toilet was plugged. There was urine on the floor. All the staff were on break at the same time and we waited several minutes until someone came. Then he could not use the register at the dining area and had to place our order in the drive thru window. We waited 15 minutes until the staff returned to fill our order. The Dr pepper dispenser was broken and served a diluted drink with no flavor. The manager tried to fix things when she came but she was going off shift and the staff member who went to clean the toilet came out so quickly I can hardly believe he cleaned up the mess very well. It would have taken me 10 minutes to get that room clean properly.

The food was okay (biscuit was thinner than normal) and the server was doing her very best. She was the only one in the place so it took a long time to get the food. I gave her a $5 tip because she was working so hard and it wasn’t her fault that service was delayed. She had a great attitude.

Fries were good, burgers were so greasy they were sliding off of the bun, none of the tables were clean, they were out of burgers when we first got there, and our food took about 15 minutes to come out, and it was lukewarm. Would not return.

Asked for a chicken BLT no lettuce no tomatoes add cheese and a small chocolate shake. $12.28. I was told to pull around front so I was assuming they were waiting for chicken to get done. Almost 10 minutes later I get a chicken sandwich that was 100% not fresh and didn’t have bacon on it. Shake was thin like chocolate milk not a milkshake in any way.

Found Wrong food given us going through the drive through. Corners cut given small amounts in their loaded Mac and cheese. Three real pieces of chicken and rest was non chicken breaded junk.
