We had our big family of 5 there to eat this past week for breakfast. It was super busy and we thought about maybe we should go somewhere else. I’m glad we stayed! We ordered our breakfast and it was not only fast service but the food was hot and delicious. I noticed a worker while we were eating just running her butt off making sure that every customer had a positive experience. Every time she took an order she smiled and made that person feel welcomed. I had my husband go up to her and ask her what her name was and he let her know how good a job she was doing even during the busiest times. I just want to say Kudos to Lori Dewitt for giving our big family and im sure others the best experience at Kingwood Hardees. All I can say is upper management better keep her around because she Is really helping your store.

I stopped this morning for breakfast … i hesitated doing that since I was in a big hurry. Their parking lot was so full, i went through the drive thru instead . Super quick , and i love the new smoked sausage with a fried egg— keep that around please !!

We watched them warm our burgers in a microwave. The fries tasted awful, like they have been laying for hours. We ordered milkshakes and they were just half full. The restaurant was filthy. We used to love Hardee’s but we won’t be back.

I would give it 1 star if I could. I ordered a breakfast burrito, and the ham was spoiled. They watched me throw it away, and wouldn’t refund the money. They wanted to give me another one with most likely the same ham.

Ate there this morning, food was delicious. Tasted so warm and fresh. I highly recommend eating here. The restaurant is so clean and well ran. I’d give it 5 stars everyday of my life.

The guy taking my order was so rude at the drive thru. Then when I got to the window he took my money before I got a chance to ask for ketchup he pulled the window closed. Then as he handed me my food I asked for ketchup he said have a nice day as I reached in the grab a fry they where as cold as inside of the store. So I parked walked in he said yes I said these are cold like I do t even think u cooked them. He said new ones will take 3 mins I said ok an I want hot fries not this. Very rude employees if they hate there job maybe they should quit , the inside was no better nasty .

Poor service by the blue shirted “manager” on duty. I understand it’s probably not the most rewarding job but attitude goes a long way.
Place is filthy, bathrooms are something out of a horror movie and we threw our food away because it was absolutely disgusting. How do you make somebody wait 20+ minutes for food and then serve it cold? (Yes we attempted to eat it, it was literally un-edible). $44 I’ll never get back. Lessons learned, won’t return. I’ve heard bad things before but never went enough to experience anything negative but this was enough. If I could give a negative review I would. YUCK!

I stop in every morning for coffee and a loaded burrito the manger cayce always smiles and offers me a breakfast sandwich but I always get the same thing. Cayce is a wonderful manager and I will be back again I love the food and the people’s.
