I got the two single grilled cheese bacon burger. Was not very hot but much warmer than the fries. Got a medium fry it was very full but when I ate one I knew why. Old and cold. FYI, giving extra fries when they are old and cold is not a good promo plan. They emptied the fry bin of expired expired fries in my order. Thanks but no thanks.

I wanted the 53 get free chicken strips at 2 o’clock on the afternoon with my mobile app and I evidently didn’t know how to use it so the cashier ran back-and-forth to the managers and made me feel stupid and inadequate and I did not never get my free three chicken strips after I’ve ordered the other three then I went back later in the afternoon thinking that I was going to get the buy three get free and guess what they didn’t come off again on the app and when I asked everybody looked like they didn’t even know what the hell they were talking about or what I was talking about. I got aggravated and just pulled off. Left my whole order there did not. I was too upset to even have it and it was $19. I called and complained and the lady in Fairmont said that she would have a district manager get a hold of me I called the joy street parties where this all happened and they told me that I couldn’t get a refund. It has to go through the app so now I’m minus the $19 minus the food and I never did get my chicken strips so aggravated. I have not used it since December 23 and I refuse to even go there anymore.

Last night I ordered a Frisco burger through the drive through. It was barely like warm and tasted like it had been sitting around for hours. A few months back I ordered chicken tenders at drive through and they were small, mostly breading and cold. Just shut this place down. Waste of good $.

I was ordering on the app, went to check out and it went from 18+ to 25+ ??? so I went to the drive thru and asked why the same items were coming up 2 different prices. I was told because the price goes up after 1030-11pm. Needless to say I told them they could keep it. Their food is way overpriced for the quality that is given….thanks, but no thanks!!

This is a pretty decent hardees. They’re friendly and it looks pretty clean. I was told to go online and give a good review, so here I am. Note, I wouldn’t leave a good review if my experience were bad , but it wasn’t. I reccomended this location

Went through the drive through and order a Frisco, only half of the sandwich was toasted. Went through a second time and they didn’t give me half my order but took my name down to replace next time I came through. Came through a third time to get my other half the order and they didn’t even cook it all the way. Chicken is cold and as you can see the cheese isn’t even melted.
