Visited Hardee’s about 7:40 a.m. on Weds, August 8th, for some breakfast, and more specifically to try one of the new “Honey Butter Biscuits, their latest breakfast special. They offer a chicken, bacon, or sausage version of this item. I opted to try the chicken version and was very disappointed with the product I received. I’m wondering if there’s only one bottle of ‘honey butter’ allotted per restaurant for the duration of this promotion because they are mighty stingy with the stuff. The couple of bites that actually had some of the ‘honey butter’ on the chicken were pretty good, but for $3.89 ea I expect there to be enough sauce to cover the entire piece of chicken inside the biscuit. Disappointing product and at that price I more than likely won’t be ordering another.
Due to what I’ve discussed above, I would not rate this visit to this Hardee’s location with five stars, but the reason they were rated with only a single star has nothing to do with their product, and everything to do with their customer service, or more accurately lack there of! I realize that the fast food industry doesn’t attract many Nobel Laureates in Mathematics for employees, but for decades the cash registers at every place I’ve seen will tell you how much change is due a customer if the amount tendered to the cashier is entered into the machine. It’s a fairly simple concept that even on ones first day on the job, they should catch onto. On this occasion, the cashier incorrectly entered the amount I handed her into the register, but then complicated the matter even more by only giving me the coin part of the change owed to me. When this was brought to her attention, she didn’t have the first clue on what to do and had to summon another employee to the drive-thru register. During this time, I’ve attempted to explain her error, given her back the extra coinage, and told her how much she still owed me in change, but this did nothing but further confuse her. After the second employee arrived, she was able to grasp the concept, but had to retrieve keys to open the register in order to get the additional cash owed. After returning with a set of keys, she fumbled through multiple keys on a keyring until one eventually opened the cash drawer and provided the remainder of the change due. Then, as is the case at this particular location about 98% of the time, you have to practically demand a receipt from the cashier, even though the register is automatically spitting them out on each transaction.
Very disappointing visit to Hardee’s on this date! Unfortunately it’s one of the only two restaurants in the area open for breakfast.

I have never placed an online review, but unfortunately I am now. The lady at the drive thru was extremely rude. In fact, I almost pulled out of line to go somewhere else. We rarely eat out, but my husband decided he would bless our family by giving us a special treat. It’s a shame to spend your hard earned money and get treated so poorly. Kindness is free and is the best quality an employee should have.

I took my grandson’s there today for lunch after band practice, and the place itself was clean. Other than us 4, there were only 2 other patrons. Our food was cold, cold fries weren’t very tasty ,my chicken tenders were cold, tasted nasty like they had been laying in the back for a while, the tenders were cold,I can’t even say warm for any of the food.I ate 1,yes 1 tender,a few fries and threw it in the trash. My grandson’s had a milk shake, which was ok, I guess. My youngest got a fountain drink, and my other two said their fries were cold,U mean, not even warm, and the middle grandson said his burger was just warm. When you pay 28.00 dollars and some change, you kinda want the food to taste good. So, no more Hardee’s for us,especially the one in Rainelle.

The ladies there are always very nice and funny. The food is great and rarely wrong. Very seldom do we have to wait very long on our food. I will say Hardee’s used to have much better food than they do now it seems. I still enjoy it though.

First time in years, I have went in and ate at this Hardee’s with my friends. They won’t catch my business here again. Cashier was super rude and acted like she didn’t want our services. Waited 10 minutes to have our order took, a 20 minute wait for them to bring it out. There was nobody else in line, and nobody in drive-thru. They forgot a sandwich and the food was cold. The dining area was disgusting; there was spills in the middle of walk ways, all the tables were dirty, trash laying on a few tables and there was only two or three tables occupied the whole time I was there. Bugs flying through the whole building, probably had a small thing to do with the 20 trays stacked dirty at trash cans. So I threw my food away and walked out. Went to wash my hands and my shoes were sticking to the nasty bathroom floors. This is disgusting. Never will I return. Thank you for the $20 two small drinks.

Great experience had the new triple bacon burger, fries and a sweet tea. Burger and fries were made fresh. Tasted great. Drive thru cashier was really friendly. Definitely will be back.

Poor rating. Numerous flies inside, air conditioning barely working and it was very hot. Only one section open to sit with no trash receptacle so that they only had to empty the one at very front. Soap dispenser in ladies restroom nonfunctional so I wondered how employees washed hands appropriately. No trash cans outside either. Very unclean. Food was adequate but with all the flies, likely contaminated. Won’t ever eat there again.

Ate at Hardee’s last night first time in a couple of months. It was good had chicken tenders and onion rings. Had to get Lady Bella a roast beef sandwich. She liked my chicken better.

Most times that we have eaten here it was so good but I dont know what the heck whoever does the ordering was thinking. The onion rings I got because I was craving hardees onion rings were awful. They had some kind of gritty clumpy breading type batter that was way to heard to eat. They werent burn they were hard as rocks though. Usually you get these awesome beer battered good ones.
