If you’re looking to pay $8.99 for a double Frisco burger that’s cold and served on plain bread by the laziest, sloppiest crew in the fast food industry, this location is for you. Personally, I would recommend McDonald’s or Wendy’s or Arby’s. Anywhere but here.

I went this morning to get breakfast and Christa said she never heard of or made a Frisco BLT and that it’s not sold on breakfast which is incorrect it’s an all day sandwich. Then i call her to tell her and i get hung up on she said the phone disconnected I called back when she realized it’s me she said oh god and then i told her it all day sandwich she was very hostile with her answers and how she talked to me . Even before when I was at the speaker was they were arguing and rude to us but in the phone it just got 10x worst.

The drive-thru crew at my local Hardees served me a quick and delicious breakfast on my way to work this morning. The sausage-egg-cheese-biscuit was great (the biscuit was even heart shaped!). The staff was most pleasant and friendly. Thank you for getting my day off to a great start.

Go anywhere else. Pulled into lunch drive thru. Lady couldn’t take order. Pulled to window with coupons. Was left there. No one at window. Finally had to leave. This has to be the worst service ever. Left coupons on window. They are useless.

Today’s date is September 17 2025 I was there at 12:03 AM. I ordered a vanilla milkshake and a strawberry milkshake and asked if she could put very little milk so they would be thicker. She proceeded to give an attitude. Then, when I got up to the window, me and my wife sit and watched how she was throwing stuff around, slamming our milkshakes down and shaking her head like it was so hard for her to do her job and when she came to the window was extremely rude I myself Will definitely never go back to that location again.

It’s fast food, so it’ll never be perfect. Still, they do it well. I was there on an off day and received a sub-par breakfast sandwich. I let them know via their app. The manager called me to apologize and said he’d “put my name in the book” by the register and my next Frisco breakfast sandwich would be free.
I returned two days later, didn’t request my free sandwich nor did I mention my previous experience. I just ordered a Frisco breakfast sandwich. This time, it looked as if it had been made to look like the one in their advertisement, only pressed down because it had been wrapped. This lets me know that my complaint benefitted everyone and that I wasn’t getting a one time special treatment.
