It was the first restaurant we saw after driving for an hour. We were the only dine in customers while they had several drive through customers. The staff were nice and friendly. The food was okay. It was the same as any other Hardee’s. The restrooms were clean. The dining area was clean. There was a few tables needed cleaned, but overall, it looked fine.

I had a three paragraph post to put in here, but decided I’ll just simply leave it at this. I will drive past White Sulphur, Hardee’s and eat at Lewisburg Hardee’s every day of the week from now on. Thanks for messing up my Frisco burger, but furthermore, shame on you for the poor Phone etiquette and customer service that you provided me. DOS 2/24/26 @ 6:30PM in case real management would like to educate staff on how to provide customer service.

I recently visited Hardee’s for breakfast and ordered the Frisco Breakfast Sandwich, hash browns, and a diet Dr. Pepper, though I originally wanted a Coke Zero. Here’s my breakdown of the experience:
Food:
The Frisco Breakfast Sandwich was very good, earning a solid 4 stars. It was flavorful and satisfying. The hash browns were also enjoyable, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Service:
Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired, deserving only 2 stars. I specifically asked if they had Coke Zero, and was told they did. However, the self-serve machine dispensed a drink that was low on syrup, resulting in mostly carbonated water with no flavor. When I informed a nearby staff member about the issue, her response was dismissive: “Yeah, I know, I should put a sign on it.” She didn’t offer to rectify the situation or suggest an alternative. It would have been helpful if she had offered me a different drink or perhaps gotten a Coke Zero from the drive-thru.
Atmosphere:
The atmosphere also rated poorly at 2 stars. The restroom was in dire need of attention. Both paper towel dispensers were empty, and a nearly finished roll was sitting on top, indicating a lack of upkeep. If you can carry a paper towel roll into the restroom, you can put it in the dispenser. That is lazy. The cleanliness of the restroom was questionable, and the layout of the urinals, positioned in a corner on separate walls close to each other, was uncomfortable and awkward. I opted to wait for a stall instead.
For travelers on I-64, a clean restroom is essential. The state of the restroom made me wonder about the cleanliness of the food prep area.
Summary:
Hardee’s has potential but needs to address some serious issues. Clean and stock your restrooms regularly, ensure your soda fountains are filled, and if there’s an issue, inform your customers promptly. You can do better.

Out of several items. Very slow service. The management has one person working like crazy trying to manage a drive-through and wait on customers. It cannot happen. They stressed that poor woman out. She was trying so hard. Meanwhile, there was a lot of people laughing in the background. Finally the manager came out and took an order. No plastic knives, took three times to repeat my order, and we’re out of sauce again. Very unwelcoming to eat inside. Almost as if they want to force you to go through the drive-through. We need humans back behind registers. This AI garbage must cease.

The cashier was MARVELOUS. Pleasant, accommodating and very professional. The red-haired male cook was EXTREMELY rude to her!! Every word out of his mouth was smart Alec and totally rude and, of course, within all the customers range of hearing. I do believe the fryer grease could use changing. Please get those girls a more pleasant cook.

Tried to order a breakfast platter with bacon at Hardee’s this morning and was told they “can’t make platters.” While I was waiting outside by the drive-thru window, I heard them serving platters to people inside. That’s really frustrating — if they’re able to make them, customers in the drive-thru should be able to order them too. Very disappointing service.
