My apologies to the excellent workers who waited on us 3 weeks ago tonight, almost to the minute, for taking so long to post this, had almost forgotten until we ate at our local Hardees yesterday and my daughters grilled me for not doing this sooner. That evening (Nov 4th) we got to the restaurant after 9 hours on the road from Detroit and we were all so very glad we waited until then to stop there for supper. The workers were extremely friendly and helpful and engaging while they cooked all our chicken & burgers & fries fresh – nothing off the rack so to speak, and it was all so delicious. Again, our thanks and appreciation, they made the last 200 miles to home much more bearable with a good warm meal and enjoyable conversation to tide us over.

We ordered biscuits and gravy/hash rounds. The hash rounds were good the biscuits had the least amount of gravy that we’ve ever seen or had and was cold. They make them ahead of time and put them under the lamp. I asked for more gravy b4 I even got a bite and the girl that acts like a guy told me that I’d have to pay extra for more as they only put a 6 ounce ladle and we would have to pay a dollar and some change for more. Maybe if they were all paying more attention to these reviews they would do something about it instead of horsing around in the back. I did take mine back to the counter to get freshly made and hot and actually got more gravy than the 1st time. I’m sharing a picture of a side that my husband didn’t eat and the fresh one that they made me,you can even see how the gravy is old one it.

We went at a pretty quiet time of day and waited 20 minutes for our food after ordering. But Hardee’s does have upper-tier fast food in my opinion, so it sort of balanced out. We weren’t in a tremendous hurry.

Got my tenders they looked and felt like rubber and had been re cooked a few times too many.. fries were good.. my husbands Swiss mushroom burger he said tasted like a lb of salt was on it and didn’t taste fresh at all yet it was 11:30am and we pulled up past window and waited 5 more mins for it.. their lunch menu wasn’t even showing on the sign so we had to just come up w a order.. oh and I only got one ranch for 5 tenders and had to go back through only to find out I had to pay 27 cents for more.. which I did but had I known how shitty the tenders were at the time I wouldn’t have bothered because I could only eat one and gagged.. I guess I should’ve known when we got right on through the drive thru what I was looking at.. however, the girl at the window with glasses she was friendly and apologized about the price of ranch said she didn’t understand it either..

I stopped by this Hardee’s and was seriously impressed! The dining area was spotless, and you could tell cleanliness is a top priority. My food came out fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it — those biscuits are next level. The staff was friendly and fast, and even the coffee was surprisingly great (hot, bold, and no burnt aftertaste). You can tell they care about doing things right. I’ll definitely be back!!!

I just felt I needed to recognize the Hardees team in Princeton, West Virginia (Near I-77). I visit them 1 to 2 times a week and I have to say that this is the best of any “fast food” restaurant out there. I frequently order 10 sausage and egg biscuits at a time for my clients, mine and my wife’s breakfast and the people there make the best food and are the friendliest crew ever. They make my day when I go there. I even tip the ladies at the window because they are just so friendly. Kudos to the managers that make this happen! The restaurant industry is tough but this team obviously loves their job

Only reviewing to warn other customers. Doubtful corporate, or anyone would do anything about how bad both Hardee’s are in Princeton. I would have turned around but already placed an online order prior and paid for it. Pulled into the empty parking lot and upset the employee outside there smoking he was visibly upset and was likely cussing on the way back in to make food. Pulled up to the drive through and kind of got met with a what do you want and we don’t do that attitude, insisted I had an order number already and was told to pull up. Wasn’t given all our food. Fries were cold, shake not fully stirred well but whatever. It was the fight we had to just get everything we ordered (I don’t want to make any other assumptions) but you’d think an establishment would be happy to have customers when they are almost always empty.
