We picked up our food and it was fresh + hot. I ordered the Mushroom & Swiss burger + an onion ring (used coupon for $1.49 onion ring) and a root beer and had no issues. The food was delicious!

8:30am 7/13, pink raw chicken on my chicken biscuit, and everyone’s food was cold. It wasn’t even warm like it was under a heat lamp. Just cold tots, cold Frisco sandwich, cold pink raw chicken biscuit. They replaced the food, but not after looking at me like they had no idea chicken is not supposed to be pink in the middle.

If you want a better review may I suggest actually taking the order of your customers this happened to me yesterday I typically go there every morning but yesterday was special I guess I pull up to the drive-thru it wasn’t really all that busy I sat there for 15 minutes no one ever came over the speaker I even said hello a couple times nothing so I decided to go in when I went inside the manager took the order of a lady standing in front of me but after she was done with her she just ignored that I even was standing there and I stood there for another 5 to 6 minutes before another employee came in to work her shift clocked in manager having a nice little conversation with her while I’m still standing there waiting to place an order and finally the employee that finally came in then decided to take my order it’s kind of sad that a loyal customer has to wait almost 40 minutes before they can even place an order when it’s practically almost dead Y’all really need to do better

Your morning person taking orders was very rude acted as if I was bothering her by asking questions or even taking my order !! What happened to being friendly and good customer service . Your little black headed girl at the window never said thank you nor did she crack a smile . I know times are hard and it’s very hard to find good help but you need to train or hire people that at least know how to be nice smile and say thank you

Well, the drink area was filthy, the girl taking our order was friendly, but if you’re hungry don’t eat here. I got a 3 piece tenders combo. The chicken tenders were more like popcorn chicken. Very unsatisfied.
