2 words, poor management… When a customer comes inside to order they should be at least greeted and told you will help them as soon as you can. Not ignored for 15 minutes. The manager should be in the kitchen helping during the busy lunch rush especially when the kitchen is backed up and everyone is overwhelmed with orders. Employees are stressed, the tables are dirty, and it’s chaos. They don’t prepare for busy times and it shows.

Visited here for drive-thru lunch today and was asked to pull away from the window to wait on food after paying. This is becoming entirely too routine for most restaurants local to this area. Pull the vehicles away from window to manipulate drive-thru monitoring times. I would love to see that bad habit erased.
