The Famous Star burger was disgusting. It tasted “off” like it was stale. I separated the meat from the bun and it was the meat that tasted bad. I think Carl’s Jr/Hardee’s used to be much better, for fast food. I (h)ate it because who can waste $11.

On a hungry afternoon, We stopped at this Hardee’s for a quick lunch. Having never been here, we weren’t expecting anything special. We were pleasantly surprised at the updated style and cleanliness of the dining area. The staff warmly greeted us and was extremely personable.

This Hardee’s is usually just the friendliest of places. It’s never too busy and always clean, but today the surly child they have manning the window was enough to make sure I don’t go back.
Pretty sure he was trying to make sure he used the least amount of words possible, or maybe he was really just put out to be working. Either way he needed to NOT be the face of customer service. Rude was NOT a good look.
My food was cold.
Not even a full order of fries.
Do I want to know what this dark mark is on my paper? I ordered a HOT ham and cheese.
Overall a horrible experience.

Yo I swear to god on my life the food was worse then the pictures are showing you see the second picture? That was the width of chicken throughout the entire tender I got TWO and both of them were just breading dude it was like chicken jerky idk how they managed to dehydrate the chicken and make a entire chicken tender out of breading this is bad like on my soul this is the worse food experience I’ve had with a restaurant it was so small like they really tried to scam me it’s inedible I’m not even picky like it’s genuinely chicken jerky it’s so dry
