I came in with two coupons for a breakfast platter and two bacon egg and cheese biscuits to go. The lady, I guess Manager yelled “platter” and i asked her if the platter on a dine in tray was mine. i informed her that i had also purchased two bacon egg cheese biscuits. one had not even been made yet. i asked for a bag & she only gave me a plastic bag , not a brown paper bag for the biscuits to go in. (the brown paper bag would have the biscuits go inside of it then the brown paper bag would be placed inside of the plastic bag). The manager handed it to me in the air (the plastic bag) & had me put my food in the bag myself. this shows very unprofessional, uncaring & lack of work ethic on her part & her store. I am a previous employee of Hardee’s on South Boston rd & I witnessed wrong procedures being done at this location.

I went through the drive through and the food was hot and tasty. I ordered a Nashville hot chicken sandwich combo with fries and a Dr. Pepper. The sandwich didn’t look very Nashville hottish and it wasn’t very spicy but it was still a very good chicken sandwich with pickles and mayo. I was amazed by the service at the drive through. The lady was checking with us that the soda was low ice but someone in the car muttered it was supposed to be no ice but it was okay because it is okay, but she immediately turned and poured out the soda into a new cup while using the lid to make sure that the ice didn’t fall In. In addition to this act of Southern hospitality someone in my car spilled some soda and she did not hesitate to give us a bunch of napkins! Sometimes fast food workers can be a little rude but not here! She was one of the nicest fast food employees that I have ever seen and positively influenced my experience at this Hardee’s!

Just bad all around. Attitude talking like we on the corner and the ignoring of front line. 3 drive-thru then take 1 dine in while 2nd in line waits. I was second. Then when I became first, same thing and all I did was order 1 burger as the person in front of me as well. 20 minute wait was ridiculous and 10+ waiting in line behind 1 person ordering 1 sandwich. Then they burned both patties and even wrapped burger incorrectly. Like someone decided to paint the whole bread with condiments. Was just terrible all the way around

Employees are rude and the manager allowing them to do so in fear of what the employees might say or do to her they’re not only rude to customers in the Drive-Thru but they’re also rude to share the information that they say about other customers to the customers standing in the lobby waiting on food it was disgusting to hear what the young lady had to say about the customer that was in the Drive-Thru I had to go back in to get my order straight because I was missing food.

The food was good, but going through the drive thru was a nightmare. Extremely rude to me, when I got to the mic, they answered with “what do you want”. I said thank you as I was driving off and they shut the window with a nasty look on my face. Needs better employees.

Here we go again went through the drive through at opening time 5:00 voice came on the speaker and said it was going to be 10 to 15 minutes anyone would be pissed if you drive out of your way to get something to eat and there not open I will say that every time the manager opens fast and good the other times slow and have to wait

I used to go to Hardee’s for breakfast until I realized I was just getting sandwiches sitting in a window for a long time. This isn’t the only Hardee’s that does this. I have pictures from others. It’s most likely all of them and I wonder what happened to compromise the quality and integrity of the food, even the company itself.
