I ordered a loaded omelet burrito and a medium drink to go this morning. I waited 10 minutes while watching people that had ordered after me getting their food and finally asked the cashier what was taking so long on my burrito. I saw it sitting in the warmer since before the couple in front of me received their food. I was not given a receipt for my purchase when I was handed the bag. I asked for my receipt and the cashier was unable to produce one for me from the original print or to reprint one. The food rating could have been better had my food had not sat so long before I received it.

I ordered online and the order was to be ready at 6:28. Arrived at 6:33 and had to wait for the order to be made. Only one car in the drive through in front of up. The employees were really friendly and nice.

Basic Hardee’s. The Burger I ordered was good for fast food, but I had to go back to fix the Order. I was given the wrong sandwich. The staff were polite and Attentive for fast food standards. Store was pretty clean as well.

Thursday 645 pm. One car in front of us, four cars behind us. Waited 15 min for car in front to get served, then waited another 8 min at window when lady said they didnt have enough fries for our order so were making fresh, to pull up. Waited another five minutes. Pulled into a spot and was shocked to find two different size fries containers (both shld have been tye same size) with COLD WILTED SOGGY fries layed on their side with container being LESS than half full. Our bill was 25.00 and some change. We were given 16 packs of ketchup, yes 16. Go figure. This was the biggest rip off and horrible service in Appomattox. NEVER AGAIN.

It took forever to get our food. When we finally got it, my “hot” ham and cheese had neither ham nor cheese and was definitely NOT hot. The soda machine was broken and you had to stand in a slow line to get napkins and ketchup. I’m sad at how much Hardee’s has nosedived from the days of my youth.

This Hardee’s in Appomattox is excellent never a long wait time even if it’s a line of customers and they are always polite..my main go to Fast food when I’m going to work early in the am..Employees are all so nice and curious..

Went to the drive through and had my food before I got my card back. Hours old and almost room temp coffee, hash browns were decent, but not hot either and 2 chicken sandwiches I got were cold, oily and one of them looked like it had been reheated at least once, and the other was reheated multiple times or they were both just left in the deep fryer. I was gone before I noticed, and I have never in my memory gone back to a restaurant for a refund, but I turned around it was so bad.
Cashier at the front did a refund with no questions. When you pay 16 bucks for a medium coffee, hash brown and 2 chicken biscuits at fast food, it starts not being worth it to even stop in the first place.

Ordered the smoked sausage biscuit combo and had to wait 20 minutes for it. They didnt put 2/3 of the toppings on it, but charged full price for it despite this and all of the tables were dirty. The sausage did not have the taste or texture of a sausage amd.was literally a hot dog cut in half on a biscuit, they forgot to put the eggs or cheese on it. It was a hot dog. Some of the tables even had someone elses hair sitting on them. I didnt take it back because I didnt have another 20 minutes to spend waiting for food to get changed. They used to be good, but I wont be back.
