Don’t bother ordering food without a bun. They’ll just slip it on a wrapper so it leaks and oozes everywhere. Then give you three bites of chicken and burnt bacon with a hair on it for 7 bucks.

Placed an online order under Trae this bright and early am. Pulled up to the windows smiling, recieved my food, and literally only took a second to place my straw into my cup when the, I assume, Manager, came to the window with an attitude rushing me off and away and although I remained respectful she proceeded to shut the windows in my face and decided that it was a great idea to make it her business to take my smile away by reopening the window for some unnecessaryextra commemtary……I wished her well, and drove off and that’s too bad ma’am, because as much as it would be nice tat she be retired and with her feet kicked up, it is not my fault that she had to get up at 6 am and clock in. I honestly hope that whatever this woman is going through, it gets better. Customer service goes a very long way in terms of profit but a smile, changes lives. Mmm mmm mmm mmm. And my food was cold but it is what it is

Dirty, with no sanitary precautions or mandates. No gloves worn. The only kind people are the cashiers at the front, and I see the same few working constantly. It seems like the managers are all pretty rude and unaccountable for the issues going on in the restaurant, and like they do nothing about the unsanitary environment or the very few rude cashiers.

Stopped in as I havent had Hardee’s in 20 years and had fond memories. Not anymore. Cold food the dogs barely ate. You can taste the budget in the burger. Chicken most have been cooked at breakfast it was cold and hard. Do not recommend. I hope this is just a location issue or this chain won’t last long

The food and atmosphere were pretty much the same as other Hardee’s I’ve been to, but the service was terrible. With that being said, the poor service had absolutely nothing to do with the employee, who was very nice, and EVERYTHING to do with their pathetic excuse for a manager. Whoever is in charge left this one poor soul, who appeared to have difficulty walking, to work both the drive-thru window AND the front counter! What kind of a clown leaves a fast-food restaurant so thinly staffed? Certainly not one who has a clue about how to run a business.

Ordered lunch for the wife and youngest. Should have walked out after waiting 5 minutes just to order. Waited an additional 10 minutes for the food, just for the Nashville Hot chicken to be vastly undersized and not hot, the burger to be overcooked, and the chicken tenders to be so bad the toddler wouldn’t eat more than a few bites. Never again Hardee’s.

My wife and I have been coming here once a week for a year or so and most of the time it has been a good experience. Lately the food is just being thrown together and a disaster to try to eat. Unfortunately we will not be coming back as often as we feel we aren’t getting our money’s worth when the sandwiches are sloppily made like the employees don’t care.

You know, even though the crew there was short staffed that day, the food was still prepared exceptionally. Those ladies were hard at work putting out those orders. Also, honest upfront about the wait time ( which wasn’t that long, considering they were understaffed that day). I have frequented this restaurant for some time now, and I can honestly say that I have not been disappointed. The staff is also friendly and pleasant to talk to. I would recommend for sure. Their deals are really good, too, as it’s the most bang for your buck that I’ve seen out of all the places to grab a bite up this area. Highly recommend….
