Ordered for 4 people, total was $39 and some change. Everything was correct except for the chocolate shake. Don’t know if their version of a LARGE milkshake equals a SMALL coffee cup size, but that’s what I received when my daughter got home with it. Also the milkshake is supposed to have cool whip on top, but much to my surprise, it didn’t.

Doordash food from this location..after calling to ask about the BOGO chicken sandwiches (cashier had no info to offer) and after 45 mins finally got my charred hockey puck (chicken?) and undercooked box of fries. Thankfully the drink was nice and cold. And I’ll be taking this sandwich to the mgr for a refund in the morning!

October 24th 2023 . It just keeps getting worse here. My grand babies burger bun was burnt black. She couldn’t even eat it so we threw it out. My fries were half full. I mean at least give me some that stand up ♀️ asked for sauces for the tenders and no sauce was in bag. The last three times I’ve eaten here it’s not been good so at this point I probably will go to Pals next door and have better luck!
Hash browns has been hard last 3 times. Edit: Went today 10/30/19 for lunch and everything was perfect! Fresh hot food very friendly people. Our fries were made fresh for us . We have no complaints today. Thank you.
Went today on 5/26/21 hash browns way undercooked and biscuit was hard. It’s hit or miss with this place.

I always get breakfast in the drive thru and the last two times my order has been wrong. I cannot eat eggs and usually order a bacon biscuit with extra bacon well done. Both of my last two times there was an egg on my biscuit, so I’m getting no protein as I am only eating the biscuit. The person taking the order repeats the order to me, so it must be a breakdown inside either in what is keyed in or the people preparing the to-go order not reading the order correctly or the bags getting mixed up at the window. Never had this problem years ago at this location, just the last few years, and it’s been worse the last six months. Good prices and food is good, when you get what you ordered.

Good place to get something to eat no matter the meal time. Their breakfast is there signature meal and it does not disappoint. Lunch and Dinner you have a choice of either a burger from the variety that they have, or a chicken sandwich with a few different types of those as well. The service is really good no matter the time of day that you visit.

The food is pretty good most times, I have personally never had an issue with them getting my order right. Their customer service is another story. I work in the fast food business and I know customer service is key to keep a customer happy and around even if the customer is wrong.
The last couple times I’ve stopped by to get food the employees have been really rude and just interesting. While I was ordering, I only got a large fry because I wasn’t really hungry, the teen or young adult that was taking my order said “wow just that? What are trying to do lose weight?” I did not know how to respond to that and went on, the manager on shift that was supervising her did not say a word and she was standing right there with her. My more recent experience was when I ordered some cinnamon raisin biscuits, the lady that took my was ok but you could tell she was not in a good mood. When she brings us our food she practically threw it over the little wall where we were sitting and almost spilled my drink everywhere.
In conclusion, the food is alright but their staff needs to be better with customer service, doesn’t matter how bad your day is at work, I feel like when you’re on shift you try your best.

Just shut this location down and put it out of its misery already. Pulled in at 1:30 p.m. on a Tuesday, only car in the drive through. Gave me $3.00 of my change back in quarters. Pulled me forward to wait 10 minutes on items from the $5.99 bag. Not one napkin in the bag. This is the typical experience at this location. Food’s not bad (when they “remember” to put the meat on the bun). Just a horrible experience every time.

3x a charm. That’s all I give someone until I just can’t go anymore.We’ll, this was the last time. Service is horrendous. It takes over 15 min to get food, no one who works here can be friendly or smile, and our order is wrong everything. Kids hotdog has chili and mustard after I order a plain hotdog. Cheeseburgers have everything on them even though I order them plain, just cheese. 3x wrong food and takes forever. 3x rude service. Not going back again. There are other places to take my hard earned money.
