First time visiting the stanleyville Hardee’s, probably my last. Ordered two maple sausage biscuits on the app, still had to wait 5 minutes once I got to the food window. Half of one of the biscuits was not there and the sandwich was barely put together.

Hot and delicious as always and thanks for the customer service.
I went back by the store again today. I decided that I would purchase a Bacon ,Egg, and Cheese biscuit.
The store was very clean and napkins and other to-go condiments were fully stocked.
Customer service was good and quick. My order was correct and delicious ‼️

I haven’t been to this Hardee’s in years. Place looks good and clean and I walked in to hear the manager taking care of business for an issue on an order. The staff were very helpful and super nice. My fries were super fresh and crunchy and my tenders were great making me wish I had the 5 piece. Value was good as well.

At 315 on Monday 10 /13/25 they tried to pass on this mornings fries to my kids the tea taste nasty the soda machines weren’t right taste ect.. when another customer brought it to management attention they didn’t seem like a big deal … avoid this Hardee’s poor service food not up to expectations… got fries replaced

I was in a drive thru line and had to wait 15 min minimum for a milkshake. They pull me up so does not show on there clock so line cars behind me went through i finally got my milkshake after every line in drive thru went through..I am not okay with your tactics a milkshake does not have to be cooked just fix.
