EVERYTIME I come here the cinnamon raisin biscuits are upside down in the box. Not a big deal but sucks they’re not busy at 6 am it was only one car the whole 10 minutes!!! I don’t understand why if the cook put the biscuit in the box upside down the cashier is supposed to check the food or manager does before it’s sent out. I wanted to try the maple biscuit today and was severely disappointed it came like this. All the icing stuck to the bottom of the box. I changed my review the last time they fixed this mistake but maybe they need a reminder for new employees to only send out food YOU would eat!

Walked in was greeted with a smiling face cashier told me about the specials breakfast and lunch my food was made in a timely manner. Coffee was out in the lobby she made fresh coffee and poured me a cup from the drive thru both ladies behind the counter held a small conversation with me while I waited. Great job guys definitely will be back when in town.

The food is usually reliable to be hot and fresh. The cinnamon and raisin surprised me the were moist and perfect even ordering them at 2 in the afternoon. I also appreciate the staff taking time to use handled bags to make sure they’re safe for travel not many in the drive through care but they really do here. LOVE the breakfast past 11! Real game changer, hope it brings these places business, they deserve it!

A bag of biscuits from Hardee’s. The food was good as was the service. Biscuits tasted fresh and not as if they were sitting under a heat lamp. The lady taking my order was friendly. You never know what kind of service youll get when ordering fast food. Hardee’s was a good pick this morning.

So I got there right at 12. Checked if they still had biscuits in gravy. They said they had 1. I ordered it. And ordered a couple more items. Got home and I didnt get that or sauces I was assured would be in the bag. Called 5 minutes after leaving and the lady was very smart with her comment “well it ain’t breakfast time now, ill take your name and you can come tomorrow and get it” very unprofessional.

This was my first time visiting this location, and probably my last. I placed my order on the app. When I walked in, the cashier was less than friendly, but the girl who pulled my order together was very nice. I got a breakfast combo. The bacon, egg and cheese biscuit, was okay. There were several hard edges on the biscuit that were inedible, the bacon was really good. The hash rounds were somewhat crispy, but just warm, not hot. I decided it wasn’t worth dealing with the cashier’s attitude to say anything, I ate what it could, and just won’t go back to this location again.

Went through the drive thru, customer service was great. But the food was even better than I had hoped for. Fresh tomato, onions, lettuce and pickles on my burger with plenty of ketchup and mayo. And the fries were fresh and crispy. Definitely going here again whenever I crave a burger.
