I’ve been going to this Hardee’s for years, and the service has always been pretty bad, but now it’s gotten to the point where I feel like I have to write a review.
If you use the drive-through, about 90% of the time you’re told to pull around to the other side of the building and just sit there for who knows how long. It completely defeats the purpose of “fast” food.
On top of that, the employees really seem to struggle with communication and getting orders right. It feels like a 50/50 chance whether your order will actually be correct when you get it. Between the long waits, the confusion, and the constant mistakes, it’s just not worth the frustration anymore.

Hardee’s is a great breakfast spot. Always have been that’s why they’re so successful. I’m not 100% sure what happened today tho. I ordered 5 biscuits. And every single one of them looked like this. The young lady who took my order seemed a little distracted, which happens sometimes. But if theyre serving breakfast till 12, they should really try to do it right. Bacon was like a 6/10. The sausage was like a 2/10 you could tell it had been there since open honestly. Tyler is a great guy. He’s consistently in that store because it obviously needs some improvement. I do love the Peters Creek location. Never had problems there. I used to be a manager at the Peter’s Creek location. So maybe I have a bias towards it. But I believe this location has a little work. But dont we all. Keep working hard. Yall got this!

There was only 2 girls in the entire store. Waited at the counter to order for 8 minutes before even being acknowledged. Edit: after being acknowledged I thought the girl was going to take my order but she proceeded to instruct the other girl to do it and she never did. I gave up and walked out. Happy to report the drive through customers were served without fail while I stood there.

The service was ok, but the food was barely warm , it tasted as if it had been made the day before, Hardee’s used to have the best burgers in town, but if they are trying to put themselves out of business they are on the right track!

every time i come here i wait 30 minutes (or longer) in the drive through line. what happened to it being “fast” food? two cars in front of me pulled out of the line for how long it was taking.

**Updated review: remember when breakfast use to be the cheapest meal of the day? Well not any more for sure at Hardee’s. 3 biscuits was almost $20!!! I even asked if they would substitute a meat on the burrito from sausage to smoked sausage they told me zero modifications to the food. For $20 it should come sprinkled with gold flakes on top. people that work the morning shift are irritatable and can be rude.

Went through the drive- thur Tuesday morning and was very shocked at the super friendliness of the young lady working the window. Its usually someone who seems to hate their job. Give her a raise or promotion for sure. The breakfast sandwiches are always fresh and delicious when I go there. Keep up the good work!!
