I visited this store on 12/21/25 and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
The store wasn’t busy when we arrived. We waited 30 minutes at the register which at first was understandable because it did seem like they were initially helping others. However, after that point, there was zero communication. No “hey, we’ll be with you in a minute,” no “sorry, we can’t take more orders,” absolutely nothing.
Instead, the two women working just stared at us and gave nasty looks while we stood there waiting, unsure if we were being ignored or if service was just intentionally withheld. The attitude was cold, unprofessional, and honestly shocking.
If you don’t want to serve customers, say so. Ignoring people and making them feel uncomfortable is unacceptable. I left beyond disgusted with the behavior and will not be returning.

I did not have a meal here this visit, but my father did. He ordered a bacon cheese hamburger which he said tasted good! My last visits here have been well! Service sometimes a hit or miss by staff, but the manager does well to work with us when occasional issues arise! The staff is good when each focuses on the job at hand and do their best to provide the quality of food choice purchased by the customer. K9

The customer service and the camaraderie was awesome! The associates were very friendly and did everything to make sure my order was correct. I also ordered some chicken and I must say it was some of the best that I had ever tasted. Whenever I’m in the area again I will definitely stop by and grab a quick bite to eat.

Thursday, 8-7-25, 5:15pm. Pull up to drive thru, 2 cars in front of me. Said they’d be with me in a minute. About 7 minutes later, takes my order, 18 minutes later get to the window, sit another 4 minutes. Get my bag, they don’t apologize for the wait or nothing, closes the window, I check the bag and it’s not what I paid for. The big older women fumbles around for a minute and tells me to pull up and park, they’re going to have to re-make my order, after saying “you gotta be kidding me” I request my money back. It literally took her another 7 minutes to get my money. So the two females and 1 worthless, smart mouth boy in the back, have no business trying to run a restaurant. And the owner is pathetic for letting it happen or not paying a wage decent enough to get qualified help!!!! Horrible!!!!

The service was poor, I waited and still received cold food. The manager was very unprofessional she made excuses but did not try to correct the situation. She seemed to be overwhelmed and the restaurant was not even busy.

We stopped here on a Friday and then that Sunday. Service and wait were terrible Friday and my husband’s chicken on his sandwich was rubbery. Sunday I ordered one biscuit and it took 15 minutes to get just one biscuit.

Amazing place to get food. very friendly staff, but the parking is probably too small for a semi truck. This parking is perfect for like an RV.
