There is a manager in the morning who runs the show! I’m sure they’re understaffed and things take a while, but this manager does drive-through makes food runs the front register. She definitely needs a raise.

I can’t give zero stars so I gave a one. Absolutely disgusting. One of the TWO managers picked up another customer’s egg with BARE HANDS! We ordered Three biscuits and 4 apple pies, We got three biscuits, 3 apple pies and a blueberry and lemon pie. We went through the drive thru and THEN we had to go in because we were hungry and in a rush, we had to wait 18 minutes for ONE apple pie. The managers acted like the workers weren’t working, one worker look like he was about ready to cry, and there was one kid in the front trying to do everyone’s job!

It can be very difficult for the employees here because they put so much work in for the service they provide but most people never appreciate their work they do when people eat at Hardee’s. Remember to be patient and enjoy the food you get.

This Hardee’s should be completely shut down messed my order up I paid more to have the double, my fries were cold, my tea had no ice in it. I can’t believe that this Hardee’s has not been vacated due to complaints and how filthy the place is, it’s a health Hazard I had to throw my food away because it was cold and mushy (burger) just gross!

We went through the drive through and were told to pull up. They forgot about our order. Had to go inside and get my order – they forgot what it was. They weren’t even apologetic about it either. Either go in and order at this location or don’t go at all.
