Not exactly the best experience. We’d been traveling and decided to stop for shakes. She didn’t seem too enthused to take our order and wasn’t very friendly. I hate talking bad but I work in customer service back home (I serve ice cream, go figure) and I wasn’t a happy customer. I got chocolate, mom strawberry, dad vanilla. Their milkshakes were fine, but mine was 3/4 full when I received it and I feel like it had more whip cream than milkshake. Me and my mom don’t like confrontation so we didn’t mention it but on the way back out I heard the worker say that she was ready to go. (That’s what it sounded like.)
I hate making milkshakes too, but when people pay good money for their dessert I make sure they get what they paid for. This happened September 14th, around 2:30 or a little before (it was 2:30 when we got into our truck after receiving the shakes, and I took the photos and videos as soon as I got in.)

A bunch of confusion with the staff arguing with each other. I’m trying to order at the drive-thru. I asked a question and the lady was rude. She told me to pull up because my order wasn’t ready. I waited 8 minutes along with 2 other cars. I ordered the big bag with double cheeseburgers. The buns were STALE. I will not stop at this Hardee’s again

Stopped by for dinner and it took quite some time to even get an order in and even longer to actually receive the food. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you’ve got a lot of time to burn. The food was however fairly good!

I remember when $16 would get a whole bag of biscuits.. I got 2 biscuits, 1 large coffee, and a large tater rounds that was more like a small in reality… And I had to pour my own coffee, add my own cream and sugar, grab my own napkins, and I had to ask twice for mayo packets .. from now on I just eat breakfast at home before I leave

Typical fast food restaurant. Dining room was chilly. Fries and bacon not cooked long enough. Chicken sandwich was juicy hot a nice portion of lettuce and Tomato.

Went to the drive through wait wasn’t bad at all. As for the hamburger it’s as it was sitting there over night bread was dried out as for the burger was completely cold. The fries were also cold and the sweet tea was stank. I definitely will not be returning here ! It’s fast food not hard to get it right but the employees just wanna not do the job I’m guessing

I would give less stars if there was an option. This place is horrendous! Chicken biscuits, or better yet…..grease biscuit with chicken, if you’re on a road trip don’t order unless you have diapers. Place is filthy, tables not cleans since 2019, floor not cleaned since construction. No napkins, bathroom is like walking inside a urinal. Just don’t, my best advice. But hey it is emporia, so…. Final review, -10 stars.

No one in drive thru or inside when I came in and the place is a complete run down dump. Trash laying around on the floor and tables. The fountain drink machine is leaking all over the floor and not even a wet floor sign. Only a full container of mystery soda that is just spilling over. Management was just sitting at the tables watching nothing being done. Customers even walking out cause they get straight ignored. The cashier dropped a chicken tender then asked if it was barely on the ground if she could use it still. Man this place is just awful.

The girl that took our order was rude. Even though we was waiting patiently to have our order taken. I was paying with cash and the girl told me she didn’t know if she had the correct change to give back. Because she didn’t know what was in that draw. Really people. If you didn’t want to take our order just tell me that your dining room is closed.

Supposivly the cook leave at 7 this is always a problem manager did not come speak to me more acknowledge my concern very poor customer service n very poor on responding to a customer when they don’t close till 9pm shut this place down
