We had good service here during breakfast hours. We had the ham breakfast biscuit. The food was overly salty and a bit plain. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. Otherwise, the service was good and this is very convenient to I-95.

First time ever at a Hardee’s. Also the last, pulled in specifically because of a dietary need and the sign said Breakfast until Noon every day. Apparently, not today. 1145am and she says “We stopped breakfast”. I said i thought it was until noon?…. long pause. “Well we stopped, I guess we sold out of everything.” I make due with some fish. Get to the window: no eye contact, no warmth, no smile, just sticks her hand out waiting for the $, says nothing, hands back my card. Sticks her hand out with the drink. Goes away, comes back: “pull up”.
She definitely hates her job and should be somewhere else that doesn’t involve people or service.
The fish was mushy and bland.
Definitely not a chain I’ll go to again.

The chicken tenders were lukewarm and soft, not crispy. The fries were cold. The food took time to get done even when the order was just 1 sandwich combo and 3 pieces of tenders. The restaurant & restrooms were clean. The service was okay.

Walked out when no one was taking our order and 4 employees were talking at a table, while 1 or 2 people were in the back making food. Not sure if it was their break or not. Employee’s Personal belongings sitting on counter behind register.

We went Valentine’s Day and they where short handed, but I must say, the staff handled the crowd wirh a smile, positive attitude, and made sure orders where correct. The staff rocked it out!!!

We stopped at the Hardee’s in colonial heights next to interstate 95. It’s 1:30pm. It was a little busy. I wasn’t sure what to expect. But I have to say my visit was great. We got the tenders. All the food was hot and fresh. The tables were clean and the employees were all very nice. We will be back when in the area.

ABSOLUTE TRASH!!! Don’t eat here. Went through the drive thru. Not a soul in the parking lot, in the restaurant or in the drive thru. (Should have taken that clue) We ordered the original bag (large) with 2 double cheeseburgers. The buns on both cheeseburgers were burnt and hard. 1 piece of onion. 1 pickle. Barely any ketchup and mustard. The burgers were thrown in the bag, there were wrappers but not around the burgers. We had to reassemble the burgers.
The fries were old and cold. They made us pull forward. I don’t know why. The food was not fresh! Which you’d think it would be if you had to pull forward and no other customers. Meaning not busy?!? DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

If I could give them no stars I would these pictures say it all! I was told to pull forward when no one was in the store or behind me and she walked these cheeseburgers out to us…note no cheese. Worst quality of food in the area.

Stopped in for a bite to eat around 8:20 p.m. First off they were rude when we asked for a high chair. I asked did they have one and got a sharp no and that was from the manager on shift. They were so ready to close the restaurant down that they clearly didn’t want to fry anymore pies that I paid for and gave us cinnamon rolls that a rock hard instead with one pie being given that looks half ate. Also ordered a burger meal and totally didn’t give me my burger and shut the store down as soon as I walked out which was at 8:50. It took 30 mins to get 1 half eaten pie, 2 rock hard Cinnamon Rolls and a chicken strip meal. I want my money back!!!! $25.00 dollars for cold food and rushed service.
