Two days in a row slow service at the drive thru followed up by pulling to the white line to wait more. The first day the food was at least warm, today cold, not hot then cooled down but like the cheese was cold from the fridge cold. The not so Super bacon brioche was cold to the touch, cheese hadn’t thought about melting not one part of it was warm. This is after waiting 15 minutes before going inside to collect my order that was being bagged as I walked in.

Had to wait for 5 minutes when they first opened drive thru to move forward then had to wait cple minutes to place order. Order didn’t take long to come up. Girl was nice .
Got to work biscuit kept failing apart egg was good but sausage was like eating dried out old sausage patties left over from day before. Both biscuits same. Very disappointing I love hardees breakfast. But won’t go back to this one . Had similar instance last time I was there

Haven’t done Hardee’s in forever and we gave it another try and it was excellent. The cashier Hassan was super nice and courteous and very helpful. Was refreshing to visit a fast food place and be treated with kindness and friendliness.

Went to this location and what were they not out of? No iced tea, Hi C, Honey mustard, Wouldn’t even put a little bit in a cup. What is wrong with this location? Then the server was nice enough, but he handed the card and the bag in the same hand would’ve dropped it had I not felt it. Do better Hardee’s!

I’ve went to this location before and never had any issues however today, I placed an online order for a 20 piece and had to wait an additional 20 minutes on top of the orginial time it was supposed to be ready. (No biggy at the time I’m thinking I’m getting fresh food!) first mistake they came out and gave me somebody else’s online order then I had to call them back and give them the wrong food back and I had to wait longer for the chicken. They finally brought it out the guy who brought it out was nice and very apologetic. However I get home and I’m about to give the food to my kids and the chicken is EXTRA crispy and DRY as hell. I called to just ask if it can be remade and explain it was just super dry and crispy and to say I waited, I had to wait on the manager and her name is Melody, she gets on the phone and is SUPER RUDE and didn’t even try to hear me out when I tried to explain the situation just told me to bring it back if I didn’t want it and hung up as I was asking if they can just remake it fresh and right. So I called back and I let it be known it was rude for her to do that and she said she has other customers to worry about and I stated idk why you are giving me the attitude you didn’t spend your money and receive horrible customer service and she said nah that’s because I eat at home! I don’t spend my money in fast foods! And hung up again. I didn’t even feel comfortable bringing my food back to be replaced if they talk to you like that after they are in the wrong it’s no need! I’ll take the loss on this food and money. But that customer service is unacceptable coming from a manager. How can you lead treating people like that. I will never spend money here again to get treated like that. Especially over some chum bucket chicken I was served. MELODY NEEDS EXTRA TRAINING! I guess anybody can be a manager these days. Put her tail back on the grill or some she don’t know how to talk to people.

My breakfast sandwich is always fresh. My only complaint is when ordering a light biscuit, it falls apart. It’s still worth ordering because it keeps me from getting a hard dried up biscuit.

Went to this location for the 1st time on 10/16 I shouldn’t have left the parking lot. I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches since hardees officially brought them back and worst mistake at this location, cold, HARD & driest fast food i had in a long time… stop cooking your food hours before and make it fresh for customers who are paying for quality food. that chicken was cooked more than 2 hours ago and not warmed up what so ever.
My sandwich was not fresh at all and if I was still in the area I’d turned around and gave it back, to the point I couldn’t even rip the chicken with the bread. DO BETTER ABERDEEN HARDEES.

I don’t understand how Chick-fil-A can serve 20 customers by the time this Hardee’s can get me through a drive-thru when nobody’s even here. I’m the only one in line. You have four employees behind the counter and it took 20 minutes for me to get my food. Uneducated waste. I will never return to this Hardee’s and I will make sure that none of my friends do either.

Smh. Everytime i come to this hardees there isnt a line . I come to this hardees to get a 3piece wing combo because they are the only location i know that sell chicken. Last time i asked for a 3 piece wing combo. It was no problem. I had to wait but thats even better. I got a breast thigh and leg. I didnt complain but i didnt eat nothing but the breast. Today i asked for a 3 piece wing combo i was told i cant get 3 wings. I cant get 3 of the same pieces. Why? I wont be coming back .

I went here this evening (May 23, 2025 @ 7:15pm), and ordered the #1 combo with the meat cooked fresh. When I received my order, the meat was barely like warm, so I took it back in and asked for it to be remade having the meat cooked fresh. While I was waiting, I asked the cashier could I get some fresh fries since they are not hot anymore because I ha e to wait for my burger to be remade. The cashier told the manager, and the manager yelled to the front from the kitchen that I was not to get my fries replaced. When the manager came up front, I asked her for fresh fries. She said we gave you fresh fries with your order so you cannot get anymore. So I explained that the fries were hot, but got cold waiting on the remake. I asked her on more time nicely and explained that I run a restaurant and that the fry replacement would be the proper thing to do. She still told me no. She was very unprofessional. She never offered an apology or anything. This really infuriated me, so I did throw the cold fries behind the counter.
