This is my first and last bad experience at this location. I roll up to the drive-through and ask them how much it would cost for an egg and cheese biscuit. They give me the price and then I asked them if I can do a split payment. The lady says I can, I just need to tell them at the window. I get up to the window and the girl tells me the total for what I ordered. I tell her that I want to put a certain amount on the card and give her the rest in cash. She tells me the total again, as if I didn’t hear her the first time. I said, “you’re not understanding what I’m saying”. I want to do a split payment. She then has her coworker come over to help her do the split payment. Once I get my food, I notice that there are two biscuits in the bag instead of just one, which is how many I ordered. I opened up the biscuit after I drive away and see that they put meat on the biscuit. I cannot eat the meat and told them I just wanted an egg and cheese biscuit. This will be the last time I ever go to this location. They suck. Do better, Hardee’s.

Just ordered the Super Star. Haven’t been to Hardee’s in forever; just wanted a snack.
I was surprised at how good it was. The bun wasn’t as good as the rest of the burger, but hey, fast food.
Service was prompt and efficient. People were nice. Good vibe in this joint. Everyone was working, no one was complaining about stuff.
If you like Hardee’s, go to this one.

This is probably the worst Hardee’s in the 757!! I went in for breakfast and it was a little busy in the inside, however I didn’t mind waiting…as I was waiting the manager told the guests waiting to get their orders taken she need us to go in the drive thru to place our orders because she couldn’t take it anymore and it was too busy. She was extremely rude and nonchalant..no type of friendly service at all!!! If she didn’t want to come to work, or work with the public then find another job. Staff members were just walking around laughing and playing without a care in the world…how do you expect people to want to even eat at your establishment with this kind of nonsense…DO BETTER!!!!!

Pretty good fast food-wise. Decent portions, some really good fries, and not bad prices all things considered these days. I usually go with a mushroom and Swiss where as my partner usually does for a monster burger and they have yet to disappoint.

The entire staff is incompetent. As usual they cheat the price thru timer by making you pull into a parking spot, I sat in my spot for over 20 minutes before I had to go inside and complain. Not surprised, theres about 5 other people inside getting angry with the wait time. This isnt the first timw it happend to me but it sure will be the last because this place will no longer get any business from me until a new staff that actually wants to work is hired.

I don’t know if it’s just me but it’s like fast food isn’t the same as it used to be . I’ve visited this location on two occasions, first time not so bad but second time around the woman taking my order wasn’t very friendly at all . Customer service is lost in 2026.

The only person we seen was the gentleman that took our order and gave us our order. He was friendly.
The only real negative there was that it wasn’t clean. My feet stuck to the floor. If I would of looked behind the counter, while waiting for our food, any longer I would of asked for my money back and of went somewhere else to grab a bite. The bathroom was smelly and disgusting.

I enjoy going to grab a quick bite at a Hardee’s. This was noexception, bride and I had a ham and cheese w fries, she had the original crispy chicken. Both good meals. Only complaint is the place needed cleaning and someone to pick up the trash on the floor and outside. Also, the tables, counters, and drink station needed to be wiped down and cleaned.

I don’t know her name but whoever made my food I hate coming to Hardee’s and seeing her behind the table I know my food is going to be jacked up. Ordered wraps and they had barely anything lettuce or cheese. The tenders were so small never again. Standards out the window.

It took 15 mins to get a Frisco Burger. You go thru drive through and they snay can you please park in front to get you out of drive through. This has happened several times. Current there are 6 cars all waiting for food in the front of resteraunt. Hot garage service.
