Hampton Roads Home & Commercial
They tore down the other Hardee’s in front of the Home Depot on Virginia Beach boulevard which head really good service. Now I travel to this one because the service is just as good and the food is also. You can tell when the staff and management take pride in a store because they not only greet their customers properly but their food is cooked properly also

What is up with this location? Since they closed the one down the street in the Home Depot parking lot I have tried this one three times. It takes forever to get an order placed in the drive thru. When I finally got to the window only two people appeared to be working. When I got to work my sausage biscuit was not in the bag with the other combo I ordered. I’m not even going back. Empty blown out sign in the drive thru (maybe you should either repair or take out so it doesn’t look so ghetto). The HD location was the exact opposite. Super fast, if it was a long line it was moving. What happened to that crew? Maybe at least one should be placed in this location. Sad. It will be Bojangles from now on….

I had an order for 7 people. I called to give them a heads-up I was coming so they could put down extra fries. They took my order over the phone. I only had to wait a few minutes when I got there. The order was perfect!

Gave this a try. Service is absolutely great no doubt about it. but the food is not that good. Order fries with NO seasoning they gave me fries with no seasoned but they fried them in the same oil as the seasoning one soooo I got the seasoning. Chicken photos from menu are different from what I got very dark.

The people are nice, but they didn’t have any cinnamon raisin biscuits and said they were taking those off the menu but that’s the first thing in big print on the menu in the middle of the screen, so that’s disappointing. I was really craving a sweet tea and it just is not your known for Hardee’s sweet tea – it’s lacking sweetness and tea flavor. Hardee’s is known for their sweet tea so that’s disappointing. I settled for a fried chicken biscuit and it had black burnt like flakes on it then it was way too salty. Whoever is seasoning should tone that down. I should have just gone to McDonald’s at this point.

This place sucks! The customer service sucks even worse. Workers ignoring customers. I left without ordering. The lady just stood there while I waited to be waited on. After 10 minutes. I walked out.

I keep coming back and craving Hardee’s. The food here is so good but I really want to shout out to a particular employee cause everytime I go there he is on point with my orders and so polite and goes the extra mile(I wish I knew his name, I went october 18th and around 7:30pm Oct 19th)

This what i recieved in your drive through!! This is disgraceful this supposed to be a chicken biscuit..The manager Jennifer was in the back and told the staff to tell me to wait on other Manager in the bathroom!!Eventually Jennifer came up to give me a refund!!First time visiting Location ..Never Again!!
