Took forever to give me my food had to wait a long time, they need better equipment because the staff could not hear and even when I came around to the front window to place my order I had to wait and when it was brought out to me, the man who brought it out to me asked me what did I order again and then repeated it back to me and then still proceeded to give me the wrong order. I didn’t realize it until I got to my destination which was 20 minutes away. This isn’t my first time encountering issues with this Hardee’s however it will in fact be the last time because I will no longer stop to this location. Highly disappointed that I wasted my money.

GROSS!!!!!!! This is what my baby found in his food. Staff is so rude. I dislike this Hardee’s, I will never be visiting this one again. I will be going to another Hardee’s. They were so apathetic to my issue, saying “no one had hair out in the counter” when the young girls did not have not one hairnet on. If I could give it no stars, I would!

Manager won’t manage, is confrontational to the staff, service is slow, employees look at you but are too busy on their phone to do anything. White gorl up front doing all the work getting treated very poorly by the rest of the staff. Waited 10 minutes for Oder to be taken and another 18 to get my food. It was just chicken tenders. 4 people after me got food before I did. Trash on the floor, bathroom dirty. No sauce with tenders and fries cold. Save your money and go to the Chinese restaurant next door, foods better and you get it in 7 minutes.

I come to Hardee’s at 5:30 am it opens at 5 a.m ….. There’s no sign up saying that the lobby is closed… I come here almost everyday… The person which is a guy with braids had an attitude as soon as I spoke to him smoking marijuana… Then the manager that’s running the shift comes out and brings customers there food…. I don’t know what’s going on but I feel like it’s discrimination on me…. The store opens at 5 a.m and the door hasn’t been unlocked yet with no sign saying the lobby is closed… Should I sue

Cannot count on their published hours. Often not open in the morning. Service is really bad, they have repeatedly screwed my order up. Their soda mix is really off and tastes terrible.

Order two three piece combos about a month ago. Took the old chicken back up there the next day showed the manager Steve he agreed and had no problem replacing it even said it was sorry the second time it was nice
