Went there this morning at like 630… dining room was still locked so I had to go through the drive thru. I ordered the loaded omelet sandwich meal and biscuits w/ gravy with an additional plain biscuit.
I live less than 3 minutes from this location and when I got home the food was cold and my loaded biscuit sandwich looked pathetic.
Very unhappy with the food and service. This hasn’t been the first time I’ve had issues with this location and that’s why I only like to go early in the morning and use the dining room because I feel like they care more and don’t rush but I had no choice this morning.
Me and my girlfriend went back after we got kids to school to get a refund and the staff was still very impolite and offered no apologies for the short comings.
This will absolutely be the last time I go to this location.
I hope this message causes some improvement.

Stopped two nights ago… the parking lot was nearly empty and there were three cars in drive thru. I was number two. I sat upwards of 15-20 waiting for a meal. It finally came… I was shocked that after such an absurd amount of time, my fries were cold as ice. $17 for a meal, only to throw it away. This place consistently gets the order completely wrong or the food quality/temp is highly unacceptable! This was at least the fourth time in thirty days they passed old food out the window! I won’t be back! Just shut this location down like many of the other Hardee’s have already faced… I see many that no longer exist, especially in and around eastern North Carolina & east coast Virginia. Not fit to be open…

Speaker didn’t work and there was so no sign so I drove around to the window and asked did she know the speaker doesn’t work she said yes should have been my first red flag. We ordered and we sat there for at least 10-15 mins so I asked for a refund. The customer service is trash and they act like they didn’t know what they were doing. I work in food service and they need some training!

I ordered a thick burger and an all star. I get home and they gave me 4 little patties stacked on top of each other. Same with the Allstate burger. And it’s burnt. Disgusting !!! Won’t be back ever!!

We tried to use the drive-thru that didn’t work the person that was there in front of us said he’d been sitting there for 20 minutes and nobody bothered to answer anything we didn’t even know if they were open or not and then when we got in there when I got in there the girl was too worried about her phone to take anybody’s order

Not a very good first impression and also wasn’t treated very well for no reason. Around 6am me and a friend wanted to try this Hardee’s because I suggested we go closer to home for some chicken biscuits. Normally I drive so far to get one I like them alot. As I was treating myself and another we were both snapped at and talked to like we were old enemies of the woman working early named Yvette. She acted like we needed to be faster and we had some kind beef between us, even asking how much to pay was rudely snapped back at us. She shouted at us through the drive through speaker.
She seems like she is not the person to be working so early due to her attitude. It felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome, we didn’t even sit in the parking lot like we do to eat, we left and will not be returning, I will go some place else, it was too early to be snapped at when we were doing nothing to garner this behavior in return. The chicken was also very dry and over cooked, hard in one end, soggy hash brown coins, coffee was good every thing was barely warm. My friend said to me they felt very unwelcome and their food was over done as well. The chunk of meat I had left over was too hard to chew or bite into, it is such a huge portion wasted, spent and wasted almost $20 up there.

A few of the team here have been there a while And they take their position seriously. One of the few remaining locations that still sell Fried Chicken along with chicken tenders.

Waited in drive thru over 15 mins. Girl on the speaker was rude, got to the window, still rude. Took care of my order, missing items. Went inside, manager was yelling at employees like they were her children or something. Stay away.

Horrible experience. I don’t understand if the store says its open online and its actually closed why would the store let customers order online rather than cancel the order. We asked the employees and they told us that the store is still closed even though it’s supposed to be open. They proceed to tell me that they can’t give me a refund so I paid for food i didn’t even get. If ur not gonna be open the time it says ur supposed to be open at least adjust the time online so people don’t order when your closed.
