the young man who was working the drive through greeted me and was so polite. he was doing it all. talking to guests, getting orders ready and running it out to the cars. the other lady who was there,wearing a black polo, which was the manager it looked like, was def not happy to be there and didn’t care who knew it. lil man was running circles around her though! he needs a promotion.

Always check your order before leaving the drive through or carry out. Notorious for not giving you all your food. Or the wrong order. Wait times are longer due to minimal food preped during dinner rush.

I pulled up to the window and asked for a bacon breakfast platter. The girl asked me if I said bacon or steak, and I clearly asked for bacon again. I got back home and had a steak platter. When I went into the store to get the bacon platter that I ordered the girl behind the counter was extremely argumentative saying, you said steak, even handed the food back telling the cook he said steak. No, I clearly said bacon twice. Then tried to speak to what they called a manager and she acted like nothing was wrong. The service here is absolutely terrible. And they need to fix it.

Man, there’s a lot changed. I got the five chicken tender box and each tender is about the size of my pointer finger. Extremely disappointing. Also, the bun on the burger I had seems a little small for the Patty which is not an above normal size….

(back in February) My fries came in a clear plastic cup. I ordered a medium/large which looked like a small. I wasn’t informed at the window nor the drive-thru if they were out of fry boxes. I have ordered here at least once before and the quality is nowhere near like any other Hardee’s I’ve ever been to. The only thing I liked about either of my meals was the sweet tea.

I came through the drive through and got 2 chicken biscuit combos. The lady at the speaker was nasty. I tried to add more food and she’s like “what else mame”(but in a condescending tone). Once I got to the window, I said good morning (just to try to help her have a better day/attitude). She said $18. I forgot what the charge was. I gave her my card and she handed me my food. I asked for ketchup she gave me 2 packs. I pulled up & my food was cold, biscuits were hard. I threw it away. I wasted my money and I refused to go inside to deal with her nasty attitude again. She shouldn’t be in customer service if she’s going to treat people like that. Sad thing is that I think she was either a manager or assistant manager. It was whoever was working the drive through window on Saturday May 9th at 11:30am.
