I’m not from the area, and Hardee’s isn’t available where I’m from, so trying it here was a new and interesting experience for me. Unfortunately, the attitude of the supervisor or manager was quite unpleasant. I greeted her with a smile, but she responded with what felt like annoyance. I ordered two chicken wrap meals, which took about 15 minutes to prepare. When I politely asked for a lid for my cup, since there were none available at the station. She just stared at me, again making me feel like I was a bother.
The chicken wraps themselves were good, but I wouldn’t return to this location simply to avoid that kind of treatment.

Stopped for some breakfast here while traveling for work. The restaurant was clean. The cashier was friendly. My order came out quickly. I had the frisco breakfast sandwich, tater rounds, and a coffee. My sandwich wasn’t the hottest and neither were the tater rounds. I tried one of their cinnamon raisin biscuits for the first time and it was pretty good.

Manager was extremely rude when they got our order wrong. Went in to get it corrected and when the cashier asked if they should just let us keep the mistaken items as well she said “Hell no. Throw it in the trash.”
I don’t care about the mistake, or not getting ‘free food’. I’m just sick and tired of companies throwing out perfectly good food just because they couldn’t make a buck on it.

Went through Drive Thru and it was late. 8:30pm. Fries were not edible. Very dried out, hatd, no salt. Sandwiches were hot. Big Ham & Cheese, was good. Double cheeseburger was very greasy. Given it was late, food was probably sitting. Was disappointed but would try again. Employees were very pleasant.

I ordered a 2 piece chicken tender kids meal with extra fries to replace the applesauce and guess what they did, they gave me 3 bags of fries and no chicken tenders. 0 CHICKEN TENDERS. They did give me my barbecue sauce for the chicken tenders I did not recive.

Food was great, I will give you that. However, the service was less than exceptional. It took over 40 minutes to receive our order, which for a fast food establishment is appalling. The women’s bathroom was falling apart. The sink faucet was busted to the point where you would turn the water on and the entire thing would almost come off. One of the toilets was loaded with fecal matter and urine. The floors in the restaurant were so sticky, every step taken resulted in getting stuck. Upon receiving our food, stuff was forgotten and left out like sauces and two tenders for a 5 piece and the French fry bag had approximately 10 fries. Extremely disappointing.

This place all around sucks at running a business well. We went through the drive through and we’re waiting a decent while. No hold on give me a second, no apologies. I said hello? And then he finally said hold on.. He went to take our order didn’t listen to anything we said. This place seems like a complete disaster.

Too young of kids who have no drive work here. They don’t care. We went to McDonald’s and got a lot better service. Id definitely go to McDonald’s than here. McDonald’s has it together.

Food was really good, it looked like TV food, not a sloppy mess. Everything was fresh. Service was slow but we know, it’s Hardee’s. Mgr made up for it by being an entertaining guy while we waited. Good dude

Before you order a drink, go take a look at the ice machine. Full of corrosion and MOLD growing out of it. I had to throw away my drink after seeing it, and the food was no longer appetizing. I do not recommend.
