The girl working the drive-thru today was amazing. Super friendly, patient, and had such a positive attitude. She made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Customer service like that really stands out — give her a raise!

10/18 came here tonight for dinner; food was made fresh and customer service was awesome!! chicken tenders 10 for $10 were made fresh and as well my spicy chicken sandwich & food for my children. So pleased with this location, keep up the great work HAYES HARDEES!! Favorite in town

I don’t know what’s in Hardee’s burgers lately, but I highly doubt it’s actual beef. I try not to eat fast food but occasionally I get stuck. I had a double cheeseburger and I don’t know what that pink slime was but I couldn’t eat it. About a week later I stopped at a different Hardee’s and I thought well I’ll get one of the feature sandwiches and it will have better meat feature sandwiches and it will have better meat. Nope. It had the same flat less than a quarter inch “Burger” that was pink and gooey. I took one bite . When I got home I threw it over to the raccoons.

Stopped in my way to work for a chicken biscuit. Got to work and opened up this. It is burnt looking and smells like nasty oil. Your quality control sucks! Third time I have stopped at this location and something has been wrong with my order. Step it up! I will not be returning.

It took 15 to 20 minutes in the drive-through to get a loaded omelet biscuit and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. We would have driven away if we hadn’t already paid. The “loaded” omelet biscuit was basically empty. I included a picture.

I knew better but tried again to get dinner from Hardee’s in Hayes and as usual I was completely disappointed. The night staff completely SUCKS. I went inside this time to order food and no one ever came to the front to take my order even though the cook looked at me several times but never said anything to anyone that I was standing at the counter. You could hear voices in the office which is right next to the counter but never came out. The last time I visited this location I placed my order though the drive thru, got the window and paid. I sat there for about five minutes before the girl asked my to pull forward because they were waiting on tenders. I sat waiting for another twenty minutes before going inside to see what the issue was. Took about five minutes for the girl to come the counter and when I asked where my food was she looked at me like I was crazy. Hardee’s needs to do better with making sure their staff is doing their job. I have worked in the fast food industry as well as the restaurant industry and I know for a fact it does not take twenty minutes to make tenders. Will not go to the restaurant again

Unfortunately, Hardee’s has been removed from most of Northern VA. I live in Manassas, and they are all gone. Oh, but we have a McDonald’s on every corner. They also did away with Long Jonhn Silver’s and RoyRoger’s as well. Hardee’s and Carl Jr.’s are still #1 in my book. Keep up the good work. I visited 2 locations, Williamsburg and Hayes, both were emaculate and on point.

We were greeted with a smile! The staff were very nice & right on the ball! Burger was not very good! Fries were cold. Chicken strips were just ok! Windows desperately needed to be cleaned!!
