I went to Hardee’s at Gloucester Point Va and ordered 3 chicken tenders. I was served 1 chicken tender and 2,1/2 size tenders for 5.50$ cooked in old or to hot oil. This is the service or food that people living in the Gloucester point Virginia area have had to suffer through for the past year. The quality has gone down tremendously.I thought I would show the comparison to Gloucester Va Hardee’s food where I received 3 chicken tenders cooked good for the same price.

This place is actually really good when the right people are working. But if you get unlucky you get people who do this….I’ve worked quite awhile in fast food back then as my first job and its not hard to make this. I get it if you have a bad day but don’t ruin other people’s food. Got my order wrong as well…..and it wasn’t a regular worker It was a supervisor or a manager I remember it like It was yesterday.

I come to the store almost every morning and every morning it is over 30 minutes plus late opening. This needs to be fixed. I count on this place to eat my breakfast every morning and your manager is never on time to open the store.

I have made two trips to this location recently and both times had some of the best service! The employees smile, get your order right, and make sure everything good before your leave. Funny to feel good about getting great service when it their entire job. In today’s world of bad fast food service, this Hardee’s location shines brightly, my hats off to the staff and management alike.

Obviously management does not understand their job. Understaffed? Management takes up the slack. Never an excuse to serve a big hot ham and cheese cold. Especially when there are nearly no costumers. Update: Went back again to try the hot ham and cheese. I even asked them to make sure they dried the meat and they agreed. Sandwich started dripping liquid before wrapping was even opened. There is no redemption at this location. Zero quality control even when prompted. Management needs to be fired. This time I took the meal back for a refund. Not going back to this place as it is horrible.

Went there for biscuits and gravy. It’s great. The lady ignored me until 11 o’clock and then turned around to tell me they were done serving breakfast. Went to Wendy’s. I didn’t want a sandwich but the only other thing I like at Hardee’s is a hot dog and I didn’t want one. I loved their roast beef but they stopped carrying that. Breakfast keeps then going and they hosed that up.
