My food was old and the biscuit soggy! My order was also wrong and cold! I went back to the drive thru and the guy in the window had an attitude and when I asked for hot food. My food taste like he put it in the microwave. Hash rounds hard and taste like they were originally cooked in old dirty oil, then flashed in the microwave. At 8:39am I expected the food to be hot and fresh

We ordered 23 piece chicken, tender meals. This is the size of the french fries that we received. There was absolutely zero salt on the french fries. We did not receive our dipping sauce and this is after we had to wait 10 minutes for our food and there was nobody in front of us! There was nobody in the store!.

I ordered on line for breakfast. To start with the cashier named Wanda is amazing, kind and courteous. The only reason I didn’t ask for my money back.
I ordered 2 sandwiches with sides of gravy. The 3rs sandwich no complaints, But I guess when you order on line it doesn’t mean a side. They put the gravy on the sandwiches. I picked. I went back in and said something. The cook is named Jackie had been in the back screaming at the 2’women up front, basically Wanda, even when she asked a question. When she heard me say I order a side for 2 sandwiches. She had the nerve to scream at me.
Almost $30 I spent and ended up waiting 45 mins. I always came to this one, but believe me after being spoken to by the cook, I won’t anymore.
I worked food The industry for a while in my life my and NEVER as a cook did I scream at anyone! And at the age of 72 I will not put up with it!

I go into Hardee’s expecting Hardee’s, not a bougie or boutique experience. That’s fine. But even when grading on a curve, this was a disappointing experience.

I waited over 10 mins for my food. I finally walked to the counter and asked the employee if they had started my order. He looked at a bag sitting under the heat lamp and handed it to me. This same individual took his sweet time to take my order as I stood at the register for many minutes before someone who I assume was his manager wandered over.

Absolutely no hustle or customer service here. This Hardee’s location suffers from the same issues facing many larger chains, especially since the pandemic – it’s deliberately understaffed to save on overhead, and there’s a deference to the drive-thru over dine-in customers. McDonald’s does the same thing, but at least they have touch screens to take orders if you really need it along with the app. You can’t keep ignoring the front register because you have to fulfill drive-thru orders.

The wait might have been worth it if my “breaded by hand” chicken was actually breaded in store and fried on site, but based on it being lukewarm, dry, and not even that crunchy, I assume “breaded by hand” means it happens in a distribution somewhere before being frozen and shipped to franchises. I was tempted to ask for a refund and go elsewhere.

Places like Chick-fil-A or Raising Cane’s are thriving because they are focused on customers. Their prices are in line with Hardee’s, but they invest in dedicated frontline staff to greet customers and make sure their needs are met. And they get the food – which is actually freshly prepared – to the customer quickly.

I thought it’d be fun to swing by Hardee’s since we don’t have them in my area, and I grew up going to Carl’s Jr., but this Ashland location needs to step up its game on training staff and caring for customers. Simply being friendly isn’t enough. You have to actually deliver.

Sat in drive thru for 30 mins. Not exaggerating! Not even busy enough to warrant the wait. When placing order person taking the order could not get it straight that we were ordering off the lunch menu. Had to repeat the order 4 times. When picking up the food at the window the server had an attitude. Gave us a medium when we had clearly ordered a large combo and had repeated our order multiple times. When bringing to their attention the response was “whatever!” We asked for a manager and she was as rude as the server. We got large drinks but not large sides. Anyone can make a mistake, but it’s how you handle it is that counts. Whoever trained these ladies needs to take a look at their strategy. Being disrespectful to customers should never be the resolution. Great way to run a business in the ground.

I’ve wrote a very critical review of this Hardee’s about a year ago. At that time I thought it was consistently the worst Hardee’s I’d ever been to (and I love Hardee’s). Since that time this location has really stepped their game up! The service is much better, the dining room is cleaner, and the food is more consistent. Great job Ashland Hardee’s!

The steak breakfast platter i recieved was old, the gravy was cold, hash rounds hard n the steak was seriously left from THE DAY BEFORE, THE EDGES WERE HARD N DRIED OUT, CALL N SPOKE TO A RUDE(GUY, NO NAME) MANAGER THAT OFFERED NO COMPENSATION OR APOLOGY, THIS IS THE MOST TRIFLING ESTABLISHMENT IN ASHLAND!! PEOPLE RUDE, SERVICE SUCKS N FOOD HORRIBLE…NEVER AGAIN, SHOULD HAVE DONE THE 5 MEAL DEAL AT WAWA, but instead I wasted almost 10 here, THATLL BE THE LAST TIME TOO

I was craving a flame grilled burger, they delivered on that, but someone please step up and help improve this restaurant.

No drive thru, no lemonade, and bathrooms that smell worse than a gas station bathroom. The smell of sewer gas permeates the air and your hands will be dirtier after you wash them than before you walked in the door.

Took our granddaughter for a birthday brunch after her ball game. We were charged for food and beverage but they ran out and did not tell us and would not refund us. Told us to do it through the app since we ordered through the app. Beware, the Hardee’s app does not let you cancel or get a refund after the order is placed. So now I’m out big breakfast for 6 people and no refund, no response and you can’t talk to anyone. Just a very BAD BAD experience. Other customers didn’t have ice and the soda’s were syrupy and the tea was out. Just an all around bad experience. We used to love Hardee’s but this has left a real bad taste in our mouths. Went to McDonald’s and had a WONDERFUL experience.
