We have been here twice in 3 weeks and both times the store was filthy – floors – counters- tables fountain machine and coffee area
You could even see dirt in the area that the food is sent from the kitchen. Service was great – food was normal but the filthiness of the store is uncalled for . Surprisingly the restroom was the cleanest

Ordered a mobile order at 12:47 for it to be ready at 1:00. It is now 1:20 and I’m still waiting. Apparently drive thru orders take precedence as I heard the guy on the grill say, “I’m only focused on the screen right now” ridiculous.

This place stays afloat because its the only drivethru in gordonsville and youre lying if you disagree, full honesty. You can tell the lower-totem employees do genuinely try sometimes, but its clearly the owners or the managers at this point. This building 110% just needs to be torn down and replaced with a business thatll actually comprehend and care about the gold mine of a location they got. Tired of waiting for hardees to get sold to someone who will comprehend how to manage a business, just get rid of it, man. We want a bojangles
I aint here to be negative, i just have some time to express this, finally.
The food sucks, its borderline inedible sometimes. You Will 100% Need to check your order if ANYBODY but the younger lady w the ponytail is there. They only season the fries maybe once out of every 15 orders, if that. The owners need to repair the drivethru speaker because its old and decrepit, too. Its just like.. man idk. Going to this building reminds me, every time i go there, just how stupid most corporations are. It would be very easy to fix this store, they never will because forgetting peoples sauce packets saves money and theyd rather save money on crappy orders than make more money on good ones. Dont eat here, man, just push off the hangover and go get sheetz fries at this point
Also, im pretty sure i could buy tires for my car with the amount of money my family has spent on food they never got handed at this building; but getting it remade or rectified, most times, just means youre getting a cold sadwich from the heat rack, anyways, so we dont bother.

Should have listened to the reviews. Ordered through the drive-thru and it took forever to get to the window. Got the Nashville hot tenders and fries with a drink. There’s floating bits in my drink, fries were cold and the Nashville hot just has a powdery chalky dry rub on them. Not to mention the tenders were like leather. They went in the trash. 12$ wasted.

Ordered online wrong order then took almost an hour wait to get 12 pieces of fried chicken and six biscuits. Received wrong order twice and the staff attitude was worse then the last time. Nothing was right and no trying to fix the unpleasant experience. They gave another customer what they gave us wrong after I told them I handled that food. Dine in never open although it says it is on line. And when the employee apologized you could tell in her tone she could not are less.
