Me and my family came through to get hardee’s, we order 2 chicken wraps and a hot ham and cheese, we got 2 cheeseburgers and a hot ham and cheese. Went back through go the chicken wraps and the manager gave us a refund which we did not ask for but everything was fine WELL my little sister wanted one of the cheese burgers so we were like yeah sure why not free food lol…tell me why we open it up and there’s a bite taken out of it.
We go back through the drive thru, first of all the woman with the blonde patchy red hair opens the window i said “can we speak to your manager for a second” she says “why” i said “we just have a few questions” and we were nice about it (we don’t like confrontation) she says “you can speak to me i’m a crew trainer” while she shakes her head. We tell her what happened, she goes and gets the actual MANAGER he basically says “i’ve been working with this crew for a long time and i find that hard to believe” saying we basically are lying so i had to come to google and let everyone know what happened. Also, if you can’t stand working in the fast food industry or even dealing with people in general in public. Please just work from home. Especially catching an attitude when we kindly ask to speak to the manager again. I hate being a karen but i also don’t like bites taken out of my food before opening it.

If I could give 0 star I would!! Let me start saying that I never ever wrote bad reviews and most of the time if something bad happens I just keep it for myself…but not this time; even because it’s not the first time that happens in this store.
I placed a mobile order at 11:29 (picture attached) of 2 large fries…so nothing crazy! The app says: “pick up time 11:35”.
At 11:35 I walk in the store to get my pick up order and the scene is insane…there is a guy waiting for his food in line; a woman with a small kid waiting to order with NOBODY serving them and a group of 3 people waiting behind the woman.
I look for the “mobile order pickup” area to get my order and it was covered with buckets of cleaning products; probably to clean the floor and a pile of trays. (Picture attached).
Not having a place for the pick up I had to wait the whole line of people if front of me that needed to place their order at the counter.
I walked out with my 2 large fries at 11:51; and of course they were out of napkins…but that is a standard.
So my question is…what is the point of ordering ahead if I have to wait anyway the whole line and have buckets of floor cleaning products where I am supposed to get my pick up order?

I ate there yesterday and the place was very dirty. Every single table was dirty so we ate in our car. I woke up in the middle of the night in severe stomach pain, vomiting, diarrhea. I cousin had diarrhea last night as well. We both ate the chicken. I had chicken tenders and she had a spicy chicken sandwich. The health department needs to check it out.

Ordered almost 40 dollars worth of food for three people, Chicken tenders were mummified, the kids meal grilled cheese was cold CHEESE WASN’T EVEN MELTED the fries smelled and taste like old fryer oil. Never eating there again.

I normally don’t write reviews but after the experience today I felt like i had to. We pull up to the drive thru and the woman takes our order. She proceeds to tell us they are only accepting cash at this time and we told her it wasn’t an issue. She sounded angry that we decided to get food anyways. She never disclosed the total or told us to move forward. She just added everything up and we eventually drove to the pickup window. She then tells us how much it was and we gave her the cash. After she gave us the food we asked if we could get ranch as well if she didn’t mind because we didn’t receive it. She slammed the window shut and we waited for five minutes. She then opened the window and tried to hand us someone else’s food thinking we had driven off. We told her we were still waiting on ranch and she proceeds to hand us one and never says thank you, come again, nothing. Just silent throughout the whole interaction and being rude pretty purposely. She was very unprofessional! If you hate your job that much just leave!

Went there for Breakfast, used a coupon for a Breakfast plate & added extra bacon for $1.00, brought a Cinnamon Roll. I Asked for Butter & Jelly, cashier looked at Me, then came back “can’t find any Butter. Sorry here’s 2 jelly!!” For 1 thing she didn’t look for any butter except in the front, Eggs were Luke warm, Bacon was Awful ~ Tough couldn’t even Chew it!! Biscuit was okay .. now the Sausage gravy was the Best of Everything. Cinnamon roll didn’t care for .. over all 3*. Smiles are Needed!!
