I have lived in the area for 26 years and this is the first time I have gone to Hardee’s. The food was surprisingly good for a fast food restaurant. It was priced a lot more reasonably than I was expecting. The people who work there were cordial. We went during the dinner hour and almost nobody was there, which surprised me. We will definitely be going back!

I came here today to get some quick grub. The cashier that was at the window provided me with excellent customer service. She was super friendly and so nice and had great manners. It’s very hard to have that now days working in customer service. Most people are rude and don’t care. My first job when I was 16 was in customer service , So I wanted to take the time to give her the flowers that she deserves. Her name was Savannah. Thanks again!

This store has gone downhill 1,000%. I used to come here religiously for Monster biscuits but then a few years ago they did away with them. I went in today and my order was completely messed up, it was so cold that the cheese wouldn’t even melt which means that they are prepping a bunch of the ingredients ahead of time and letting them just sit there to the point where the make table isn’t heating them anymore I don’t understand why that is. The assistant manager or whoever the lady was that was running the shift this morning was so rude that it boggled my mind. I came back in to get my sandwich fixed and all they had to do was put Ham on it I mean cuz let’s face it they aren’t cooking anything. It was pretty busy so I really did try to be patient and calm and understanding because I’ve been a GM I understand how it goes. As I stood there I watched the assistant manager complain about being on the register, make comments about how she was about to lose her mind because basically everybody that she was dealing with was stupid, and had absolutely zero patience for people that barely spoke english. Rude, dismissive, argumentative, eye rolling, and running her mouth? So finally I snapped and I demanded my sandwich that had been sitting there in the window for 15 minutes and at that point she had no idea what I was even talking about and I told her that it blew my mind to stand there and watch her treat customers like garbage like we’re completely ignorant but then she can’t manage the finish in order or get it right in the first place, or the second time, and the customers are the ignorant issue? Sorry that we didn’t walk up to the front of your line spout off exactly what we wanted immediately and then get out of your way like The Soup Nazi on Seinfeld. My favorite part really was, and feel free to watch the camera BRUCE, my favorite part was after I said how rude she was customers in the restaurant stated that she is like that everyday and yet this is the person managing the store? What happened to Teresa? Or did Teresa hire this person because that would actually make a little bit of sense because they definitely seem to float in the same dirty water. I hope you see this and I hope you actually go look at the camera and do something about what is going on. Because I surely will not come all the way back out here from Woodbury to be treated like that come on your food’s not good enough for all of that. And I mean it was a little busy but it definitely was not chaotic so for her to be so frazzled so easily, maybe she said go to a therapist or find a new job for sure.

God help us all. I placed a mobile order which was supposed to be finished at 6:10 p.m. It is 6:28 p.m. and I honestly don’t understand why this restaurant is so slow. I come here regularly because Stafford is notorious for its lack of decent places to eat and its terrible inconsistencies across the board no matter where you go. But Hardees is always having someone pull to the side or sit at the drive thru for too long. In Hardees defense, the staff usually have nice manners but please, get them new equipment or more staff.

The atmosphere is chill. We found a nice area to enjoy our food. Frank helped us and he was kind, helpful, patient and efficient. He was genuinely excited for an accomplishment of a Hardee’s teammember at another location that Hardee’s was highlighting. This location is accommodating. The manager is actively involved in the team’s success. I sensed the team works well to support one another. The food was pleasant. We had a fun experience.

Today I used the phone app to place my order, in the instructions it does not say to pull up to the order box, it says to show up at the counter or drive thru window with your order number. The app shows what time your order will be ready and in my case, I arrived five minutes late as I stopped to get gas for my vehicle.
There was no cars in line and I could see through the window that there wasn’t any customer’s. There was an employee standing at the counter talking to someone through the headset. Basically I was the only one there.
The lady came to the window and I held up my phone to show her the app order number and stated that I’m here to pickup order my number #
Instantly she blasted me with did you go to the ( whatever that drive thru speaker box is called ) to check in?
No, because in the app instructions it says avoid long lines, arrive at the counter or drive thru window and give your order number to the employee…( It’s worded more professionally on the app )
This lady did not greet me with any kind of good morning, how may I help you… nothing that would show appreciation that I’m here. Common courtesy
Instead she blasted me with these rude eyes and made me feel like I have interrupted her day. The tone of her voice when she did speak was nowhere near friendly, again…As if I was in her way.
She disappeared and came back to the drive thru window and asked me for my name, officially my order number is my name, but I told her my name anyways.
I guess she didn’t hear me stat my last name so I had to say it twice, I don’t know what she mumbled under her breath, it clearly was directed towards me, something about my last name.
I don’t ever have problems with this store even if I’m buying a cup of coffee I’ve always been addressed with a kind smile and appreciation.

The breakfast is my favorite from the menu items, will this visit keep me from coming back no.
I was in a chipper mood prior to arriving at the drive thru window, it just urks the heck out of me to know my twenty dollars spent wasn’t worth a free smile or kindness.

Extremely disappointed with my recent visit to the Stafford, VA location. Despite placing a mobile order in advance, the experience was frustrating and poorly handled.

After an extended delay in the drive-thru (20+ minutes), I went inside to pick up my order. I noticed what appeared to be my order (correct bag and drink) sitting behind the register instead of in the mobile pickup area. Multiple employees saw me waiting but made no effort to ask if I needed help or acknowledge my presence for a significant amount of time (+/- 25 minutes).

More concerning, I observed several employees arriving for their shifts around 10 a.m. and immediately beginning work at the registers and handling food without washing their hands. That alone raises serious health and safety concerns. While I’ve enjoyed the food occasionally, knowing that this location doesn’t follow basic food ruins previous experiences.

I understand locations get busy, but lack of basic customer service combined with apparent food safety issues is unacceptable. I’m usually a fan of Hardee’s, but this visit was a major disappointment.

Went inside the restaurant to order take out last night. Walked in and two gentlemen were standing behind the counter talking to each other, they never greeted us or asked if they could help us. We ordered a kids meal, and two 5.99 bag specials. One with a double cheese burger and chili dog and the other with a double cheese burger and spicy chicken sandwich. The order took a long time to prepare and there were no customers in the restaurant and minimal people coming to the drive thru. I asked for all of our fries to have no seasoning and I notice the gentleman that assisted us wiping the French fry scoop with a wipe. I figured he did that to remove the residual salt, but it did not seem like that was proper sanitation practice. My mom tasted her fountain soda and her stomach immediately got upset. Our meals looked and tasted subpar. The burgers were overcooked and extremely hard. The chicken sandwich had old lettuce that resembled cooked spinach dark green and old. The hot dog had 3 slices of burger onion not chopped onions and just looked like it had been fixed hours before. Nothing was fresh not even the French fries I watch them cook. The part of the experience that has me leaving the review is that I have a persistent upset stomach since I ate the food. I have eaten at Hardee’s over the years and I never experienced such low quality food or lack luster service before.
