Very clean, staff was friendly, lobby was clean and food was quick. Could have had the onion rings be a little crispier. But overall a great experience for a fast food location.

Ok, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was definitely not disappointed. 1st, they have easy parking for semis. 2nd, it was very clean and well stocked. As truck drivers, we’re used to being given whatever is already made, and it stinks. I ordered a Frisco combo & was asked if I’d like to make it a double, and I thought, “That actually sounds good.” After a little wait, my order came out accurate & hot. The young lady Yanira, who took my order, was as sweet as pie yet as professional as a CEO. If ever in the area again, I’ll come back repeatedly.

It’s been a while since I’ve eaten at a Hardee’s because I don’t really have one very close to home. My husband and I are visiting his grandfather is Fredericksburg, VA and decided to stop in for lunch. The food was hot and fresh. Unfortunately, the dining room and restrooms were a wreck and it wasn’t really very busy. Also, the crew would not win any awards for friendliness either. I have spent most of my adult life in restaurant work as crew and as management so I try not to judge too harshly because I understand short staffed and rush hour expectations from customers are usually unrealistic. So, I’ll just say that the staff needed to work on their people skills and the entire time I was there eating, no one came out to clean tables or bathrooms.

– 5 dollar box had a small amount of fries sprinkled over the top of the sandwiches. I get to the bottom of the box…theres an empty fry wrapper. Wow. Lazy.

Unfortunately got really bad food poisoning last time I ate here. I tried to contact the store to make sure nobody else got sick, but was unable to. Very rude. The lady behind the cash register was making very offensive comments about Trump the whole time I was trying to eat here. No idea what’s going on with this place. Very trashy.

The cashier was professional and courteous, service was fast although there were only two customers myself included. Tenders and chicken sandwich tasted good, same for the burger. The inside of the restaurant feels like it has never been renovated since 1983 but it looked clean anyway.

11/2 7pm front employee always polite I’m a truck driver and I have been here a few times in the last few months and he’s always nice and polite but this time I really appreciated the fact he dumped old fries and served fresh ones. Doesn’t sound like much but too many times I have experienced careless employees at fast food chains that are just there for pay and don’t care about the customer so I have to appreciate stellar customer service when I experience it. Definitely deserves a raise. Also the burger and ingredients were fresh , my meal was also made by a familiar face I apologize for not knowing names but these two employees deserve recognition and a raise.
